The first night the shower in our room was too hot that we couldn't take the shower. It was fixed only on the 2nd day. Breakfast spread is rather limited and charges extra for omelette which are normally included in most breakfast packages. However, they do have hard boiled eggs in their breakfast package. Location is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Interlaken Ost if you're carrying luggage. However there.is a station drop off service offered by the hotel free of charge.

Thank you Mr Jean-Louis for your generosity and hospitality! It’s nice meeting you in person. Hotel Rossli is clean and comfy, located strategically close to train and bus stops. They also give to us Visitors Card through our stay (doesn’t need further validation, but just hop on and hop off the public transport within the inclusive area which was explained clearly to us during check in) which even covers the public transport to visit St Beatus Waterfall and Isewald for “Steg Crash Landing on You” viewpoint and Brienzersee Lakewalk, The location also made it easy for us to travel to both Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Can’t believe we could manage to visit so many places with just a 2 nights stay. The hotel is also within walking distance to nearby grocery stores. Last but not least, the hotel also provides common/shared kitchen with microwave oven and unlimited coffee and teas! And there are many many TV channels, even more TV channels than usual 4 or 5 stars hotels. All in all, highly recommend. Would come back and stay again 😊

Definitivamente un lugar estratégico para visitar la región de Jungfraujoch. El desayuno es razonablemente bueno. El hotel es majestuoso en un antiguo edificio. Si te quedas en verano, ya que el edificio no tiene aire acondicionado, puede ser muy caliente en medio del día.

You’re 3 min walk from Interlaken West station and right by Lake Thun. Super easy to catch trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, or hop on a boat cruise. Tons of restaurants, Coop, and cafés within a 5 min walk. You can’t beat it for convenience.Room: Clean, modern, and smartly designed. We had a Double Room and it made great use of space — comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a surprisingly good shower with strong water pressure. Not huge, but perfect for travelers who are out all day. The views of the mountains from upper floors are a bonus.Cleanliness: Spotless. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and the whole property feels fresh and new. Breakfast: Simple but quality. Good coffee, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast room is small but cozy, with big windows. For the price, it’s more than fair. Service: Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly + efficient. They gave solid tips for hikes and printed our train tickets when we asked. The self-check-in kiosk is also handy if you arrive late.Vibe: Minimalist Swiss design with a boutique feel. No pool or spa, but that’s not why you stay here — you’re here to be out in the Jungfrau region all day. The common lounge area is great for planning routes or chilling with a coffee.Minor notes: Walls are a bit thin — we could hear doors closing at night. Also no elevator, so pack light if you’re on a higher floor. Street parking is limited, but the hotel helped us sort a public lot nearby.Overall: For the location, cleanliness, and price point, Hotel Essential by DORIT is hard to beat in Interlaken. It’s unpretentious, modern, and lets you spend your money on experiences instead of the room. Pero no se ha visto bien la evaluación de Trip.com, pero hay preocupaciones que decidieron quedarse en la noche. ¡No esperaba que fuera más que esperado!! El hotel está a cinco minutos a pie de la estación de Intrakine Dong, muy conveniente. Como hotel de más de 150 años, un gran número de muebles de decoración son de madera y a veces se sienten sombríos. Las condiciones de higiene son buenas, especialmente los productos de cama son limpios. Es un tipo de habitación simple común. La recepción nos ha ayudado a hacer un doble y modernizar el balcón. El cuarto tiene un pequeño balcón. El paisaje que se ve desde esta ubicación es excelente 👍 El servicio más satisfactorio es el de los empleados.
