UUsuario invitadoEl hotel tiene muy buena pinta por dentro y por fuera. La habitación está muy limpia y organizada, con dos camas grandes tamaño queen. El servicio es rápido y el transporte es cómodo, con servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Muy recomendable.

UUsuario invitadoThis is our second visit to the Bonaventure. Both visits we have had trouble with paying for parking, and I am now calling because I think I was billed twice. I prepaid through Trip.com, and was charged again at the hotel.
That bruised a really nice visit. This was a rare family visit, and we were able to get a adjoining rooms.
Hotel is located on the 10th floor “penthouse “. There is access to the underground so no need to go outside in the cold, unless you want to take a dip in the pool. A unique experience for many guests
We miss placed our parking receipt and was given a voucher to give the parking attendant that never showed up. We waited 45 minutes to leave, had to go back up to the desk to explain and get another receipt. This morning I have to call the hotel because I believe I was charged again for the rooms. Front desk mixup? Probably, but

Por último, dado que el hotel estaba pasando por renovaciones, nuestra noche de ayer en el hotel fue horrible desde el día antes de que las unidades AC en nuestro piso fueron desactivadas por las mismas renovaciones que se habían dicho anteriormente. En resumen, una experiencia terrible, especialmente por el costo del hotel.

MMatt88My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms.
We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow.
For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests.
Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name.
Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings.
I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

Era muy conveniente ya que estaba cerca de la parada de autobús y de lugares turísticos.

✅ *Habitación limpia y cómoda*, personal amable y un proceso de entrada y salida sin complicaciones.
✅ Ambiente tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de un largo día.
❗️Un pequeño inconveniente: no hay agua mineral de cortesía en la habitación; sería un detalle muy agradable para los huéspedes.
En general, fue una muy buena experiencia y volvería a alojarme allí.

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación y el personal del hotel eran excelentes, pero las instalaciones estaban muy anticuadas. Fue decepcionante que cuando miré por la ventana, solo pude ver la pared, y tan pronto como abrí la puerta, la cama estaba allí mismo, lo cual fue lamentable.
Debido a que hay tres hoteles con el mismo nombre en el centro, es importante verificar la dirección y asegurarse de encontrar el correcto.

MMarley KThis hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well.
This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate.
I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

SSailinnuoQueen預訂時因評分較低有點顧慮，入住後才發現其實就是比較陳舊的酒店，房間設施比較老，進去時確實有一股發沒味道，房間面積很大，半夜隔壁房間還一直髮出警報聲讓人無法入睡，和前台溝通後大約10分鐘就解決，早飯是西式，炒蛋加麪包牛奶，非常普通能吃飽但沒新意，停車收10加幣額外加15%税，過渡一晚勉強能接受。
