Very nice experience. The room is spacious for 3 persons, clean and tidy with aircon and all the amenities you need. It is located right next to the old town near old bridge, with supermarket, restaurants, souven shops, late night kebab shops and convenient store near by. The host is very nice and extremely helpful. Our flixbus delayed a lot and we arrived late at night, host was very communicative and welcomed us warmly, helping us with the luggage and check in, suggesting places where we can still have dinner. He also helped us with our luggage storage after check out and even helped us with calling taxi to bus station late night. The hospitality from him was superb. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay in Pansion infinity when visiting Mostar. Thank you so much for all the help! Best stay ever!

The residence apartment is fantastic. Spacious, clean, with elevator. It is in a brand new building. Just 10 minutes easy walk to the old town with sightseeing, shopping and eating. My only suggestion to the owner is to write down the driving directions turn by turn from the main street to the parking garage which is actually very nice and safe. But the maps navigation gave me a hard time going through some narrow and chaotic streets and a residential apartments complex. In reality, the parking garage entrance is only few feet from a major artery with an easy access.

Recorrí Europa en moto e hice un viaje especial a Bosnia y Herzegovina a la vuelta. El hotel está cerca del centro, así que tienes que enviar un correo electrónico y registrarte tú mismo. ¡La habitación estaba impecable! ¡Era una suite de buen tamaño! ¡Estaba bien equipada! ¡Era muy cómoda! La habitación era exactamente igual que en las fotos, ¡y estaba prácticamente nueva!

Останавливались семьей на 3 ночи. Квартира очень удобная, чистая, все необходимое в наличии. Удобное расположение, в шаговой доступности все достопримечательности. Отдельная благодарность хозяину: дал ценные советы и разъяснения об особенностях работы местной инфраструктуры.

La habitación más cara que hemos reservado para su vista de puente, y finalmente lo que hemos recibido fue una gran pared a 2 metros de la ventana que ni siquiera es similar a la vista y bloquea todo. Más tarde, aprendíamos que las fotos en la publicidad fueron tomadas del edificio de la puerta adyacente, que está en proceso de renovación. A pesar de todo, nos gustaría dar las gracias al personal del hotel por el taxi que nos ofrecieron para llegar a nuestro próximo parada.

La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. Sería muy difícil llevar una maleta en las escaleras, ya que no tenían ascensores y tanto mi marido como yo tenía más de 60 años. La otra señora en funciones, la Sra. Elma también fue muy útil en ayudarnos a organizar un taxi en Mostar y el transporte a Sarajevo.
