Fantastic location in the Orara hills The Santa Fe cottage is wonderful with an open fire and cosy decor These are fully self catering cottages so you need to bring food but everything else is provided including firelighters and matches. Order your Firewood in advance from the office. Thoughtful touches like fluffy dressing gowns and a rug for cuddling up on the sofa much appreciated The Owners are friendly and helpful thanks so much Only small point is the WiFi (no signal at all at Santa Fe cottage and poor throughput even if you go nearer to the router).

The apartment is quite old and has a dated feel, but it was clean and well maintained. The towels and linens were crisp and spotless. The location was convenient for shopping and dining, though it’s not next to the beach. It suited our needs well for a stopover, but I probably wouldn’t choose it as a holiday destination. The owners/managers were excellent communicators and very helpful whenever we had questions.

Outstanding friendly and helpful service, modern and fresh in a look in a historical context, brilliant, nostalgic. Good food in the bistro, great location close to the train station, easy to find for travellers who want to get away from the night time B-doubles using the highway. As close as you can get to the jetty, close to the marina and Mutton Bird Island, Coffs Creek, Park beach, Gallows beach in easy walking reach. Well worth staying more than one night if your schedule allows. The shared bathroom is a touch of authenticity and should not discourage staying there, it’s a corner pub. I will return for more than one night.

Beautiful resort with calming views from the room. Room and toilet is clean though the furnishings are old and dated. Very friendly and helpful service staff. Amazing amenities - 3 pools, , gym, tennis and basketball court, playground, putting green, golf course, spa and hair salon. Plenty of parking spaces. We didn’t get to use the amenities as it was an overnight stay for us. Please upgrade the room's fixtures and fittings and we will return!

19／12 Two and a half hours' drive from Port Byron, we arrived at the seaside resort town of Cosgrove, which is far away from the hustle and bustle. The city population is only 70,000, with green mountains, pristine and clean beaches, rich natural beauty, many national parks, and the most livable environment in Australia. We live in the Pacific Bay Resort, cost-effective, 77 square meters of the landscape executive room, the price is only 908 yuan (now ordered to more than 1700 yuan), spacious and bright, well-equipped, is the lotus pond, golf course, mountains and wooden bridge, comfortable and pleasant. Walking on the golf course, reveling in the lakes and mountains, Go to the edge of the primeval forest to breathe fresh alpine air, walk on the beach or surf the sea... The sea beach, lake and mountain, jungle breeze, lawn flowers, blue sky and white clouds, can be said to be a microcosm of the town with all the natural beauty, leisure resort. Located on the slope of the house, facing the sea, spring flowers, in this pension is really happy.

La ubicación es conveniente porque está a sólo 5 minutos de la antigua y nueva ciudad, también no lejos de las playas distintas. El personal es amigable y útil. El motel es viejo, por lo que no espere un lujo de estancia, pero el tamaño de la habitación es bueno. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.

The hotel needs to be completely refreshed, the room and bathroom aren’t well maintained, it is surprising that Accor Group allow such kind of condition. The water is sinking in bathroom, the fridge is dirty and hopefully the carpet is dark.

Etwas ausserhalb gelegenes mit wunderschönen Strand gelegenes Hotel. Der Strand ist das Highlight, feine weich geschliffene Steinstrand lädt zum Spielen ein. Das Ressort  ist eigentlich kein Hotel, sondern eine Service Apartment Anlage in der auch Zimmer vermietet werden. Der grösste Teil sind Dauervermietungen.  Und das ist auch das Problem es gibt nämlich keinen Service, keinen! Die Reception ist geschlossen und mit einen Schild versehen, dass man nur im Notfall die Hotline anrufen soll. In allen anderen Fällen wird eine Servicegebühr von 50 AUD verlangt. Das wir einchecken konnten, war nur ein Zufall da die Putzfrauen uns geholfen haben. Die Reception war für uns nicht erreichbar. Es gibt auch in der Anlage keine Möglichkeit was zu essen, auch kein Frühstück.

Basic hotel room, no air conditioning, although not needed this time of year. Older style and the room is small. All good for a one night stop while driving north or south. The small bathroom and shower were super clean. Strangely there is no basin in the bathroom but there is a kitchen sink in the bedroom, however there isn't a kitchenette. Having said that I would consider staying there again for the right price.
