¡Qué hotel tan increíble! Me sorprendió lo servicial que fue el personal y lo atento que fue. Me fui el último día a las 4 a. m. y un gerente me preparó el desayuno para llevar. Pasé las mejores 5 noches, la habitación era increíble, la comida increíble y la ubicación es perfecta, ya que estás literalmente a 8 minutos a pie de dos de las playas más lindas de Ksamil. El personal me ayudó con recomendaciones de comida, recorridos y lugares para visitar, y si necesitaba algo, estaban muy felices de ayudar. Definitivamente les diré a todos mis amigos y familiares que se queden aquí si se aventuran a venir, y espero volver pronto. Quiero enviar un enorme agradecimiento y enviar mi gratitud a todos, muchas gracias por hacer que un viajero solo se sienta menos solo. ❤️

A very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy. If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

Una vera chicca con cibo e panorami fantastici. Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica. Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche. Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo  goduti il panorama. Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine. Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita! Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

I recently spent six nights at Hotel Julia in Sarandë with a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hotel is run by a lovely family who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent every morning, very generous portions, and served in a scenic setting. The location is ideal—close to the beach and city center, but still quiet enough to relax. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Hotel Julia and would definitely return!

An excellent stay – highly recommended! Hotel Portanova exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Although communication in English was a little limited, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and always willing to assist with a smile. The hotel was exceptionally clean. We checked in early on 25 June, slept for just a couple of hours and went out. When we returned, our room had already been cleaned and refreshed, which really impressed us. The attention to cleanliness throughout our stay was outstanding. The atmosphere feels warm and family-run, making you feel more like a guest than just another visitor. Breakfast was another highlight – everything tasted fresh, homemade and carefully prepared. It was the perfect way to start each day. The only small downside was the language barrier, but it never affected the quality of the service or the kindness of the staff. I honestly can’t give this hotel anything less than 5 stars. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming and comfortable place to stay in Sarandë, Portanova Hotel is an excellent choice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional hotel, exceptional people A heartfelt thank you to Hotel Azura and its entire team. I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. Our stay at Hotel Havana in Sarandë was overall very pleasant — the location is great, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable throughout the stay. However, some elements of the listing can be a bit misleading. The hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, and the breakfast is very limited, almost portioned exactly per guest, with coffee available only as americano. I fully understand that this may be due to the end of the tourist season, but it would be helpful if such information were clearly mentioned in the announcement so guests can plan accordingly. Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience, and the hotel has potential to offer an even better stay with just a few improvements.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 El hotel es moderno, limpio y está situado en una ubicación increíble con vistas al mar. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas, con un acceso fácil a la ciudad de Sarandë, Ksamil, restaurantes, supermercados y playa. En general, tuvimos una estancia relajada y agradable.

We spent 3 nights here in May, and honestly we will be back! Lovely hotel, and fabulous beach! Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed (including water in the fridge and tea/coffee). It was also cleaned every day to a high standard. The breakfast (free!) was fab, lots of choice and nice and fresh! The beach and sun bed were amazing, beautiful and right in front of the hotel!!! We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was really good! Grilled shrimp and Mediterranean salad were a highlight for me :-) but what really makes this place is the staff - friendly, kind, helpful and really focussed on good service! Shout out to thw young chap who is also a painter and decorator (when he’s not a waiter) - so helpful and friendly the staff on reception (very helpful) and the wonderful staff in the beach bar who made it so we could watch the football :-) location is also fab - outside of town, but only 30 mins walk and so nice and peaceful! Wpuld highly recommend!
