Manager Joe is very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Room size is good at the European standard. There is a middle of the stay cleaning if the stay period is more than 6 days. There are a few bus/tram stops and metro stations within walking distance of the hotel. The only concern is there is a bar right down the hotel rooms. Expect loud noise until mid night.

Booked with this hotel and cancelled. BY the deadline at 6 PM. ******* initially accepted the cancellation and so I booked a different hotel within city centre but I find out the hotel refused the refund the next day citing it wasn’t by 6 PM in their time zone. In any case it was only by an about and a bit off so it shouldn’t be a big deal and the hotels generally keep one day fee but this hotel is keeping the fee for the entire 7 days (very expensive) and causing my a lot of stress about the refund process by keep telling me different reasons and having me wait for 3 days already. I’m already in Paris and trying to enjoy my vacation but still stressed out by this hotel service because of the amount of money. I offered to change the reservation to one of their hotels within centre for my 2nd part of vacation when I return to France but they still refused. I highly recommend booking with any other hotel l.

Nice and clean apar**ent complex. Responsive off site manager. It’s in a residential neighborhood away from most tourist activities.

Our stay in Paris was wonderful, and a big part of it was staying at Edgar Suites, if we ever come back we would definitely try to stay here again, communication was excellent and it has everything you could need to enjoy your time in Paris.

This property is located on the outskirts of Paris. It is in a nice quiet area with a few bars / restaurants and cafes and a delicious bakery right across from it. Pros: - Close to a metro station - Quiet Location - Spacious Rooms - Amazing Service - Pre-Check in they email you twice then they call you and text you. They make your check in experience seamless - Close to all attraction is Paris by Metro or Tram - They gave us a free chocolate and wine - The apar**ent has everything you need, form glass ware to toiletries. Cons: - The King Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable my 8 year old daughter slept on it which was fine but for a grown man/ woman it may not be - The dryer in the laundry does not work properly with larger loads, which was not a big issue as there was a laundromat a few mins walk away. If you have larger loads I highly recommend using the laundromat you'll be in an out in 30 mins Favorite Staff Member - Girlie was extremely helpful, form waiting for us for 2 hours due to a flight delay to answering all my question within 10 mins by text. She was awesome!

Rooms are modern and well-appointed. Clean, safe and private. Absolutely great. No lobby so there is no one to help with occasional travel-related questions. Host was easily reached by text and email and was responsive/helpful. Biggest complaint is it's not close to much: 7 minute walk to Metro station and 25 minute ride to the heart of Paris. So in that regard, you get what you pay for.
