Apartment WS Opera - Galeries Lafayette

Overall a very disappointing experience. We booked and paid for a double bedroom and received a smaller unit - booking not honoured. Insufficient laundry provided. Would not stay there again in future AVOID. Location is nice and central.

FRAUD - BEWARE!!!. The property was FRAUDULENTLY mis-sold on *********** as a 2-bedroom, 1 lounge apartment with 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds and a fireplace. We booked it for a party of 5. It actually had 1-bedroom and 1 lounge, and 2 double beds. NO 2nd bedroom. NO sofa beds. NO fireplace. Owners then claimed this was a synchronisation error, that affected other customers too (but never bothered to let us know about this). *********** stated we would get a refund - we were offered a move next day (after 1 night with 5 adults in 2 double beds) when we were already out for the day. Then offered a breakfast for 4 the next day as compensation (having spent EUR800 with 50% of beds missing), which we declined (and gave to the cleaner as it was still delivered in a brown paper bag that probably cost

On the upsdie, the flat is very well located and it is clean. On the downside, it is really small, we were four, two adults and two children and we were continously bumping eachother, its a flat for sleeping in and that's all. You can also hear the neighbours as if they are in the same room and cooking smells coming from either the corridor or the neihbouring flat. The corridor giving to the flats is pretty ugly. Wont be staying here again. The photos make it look really spacious which it is not.

The apartment is in a great location with short walking distances to the Louvre and shopping and with lots of interesting restaurants close by. It is also close to the CDG bus which was good for our late arrival and early departure. The apartment was clean and everything that was advertised was there. We were only at the apartment to sleep, so the fact that it was a little small for four people was not a problem for us. The instructions we received were clear and arrival was smooth although it took us a few goes to get the hang of how to open the doors, but this was no big deal.

It´s an amazing apartment with great facilities, in a central area. Well mantained and very clean. However, I believe the isolation from the condo could be better because i heard noises from the other guests. Apart from that, I recommend this Appartment and I´m glad I choosed the WS Team! Thank You!

Do not expect luxury. Do not expect a large space. But the studio apartment was very clean, it is convenient to be able to choose from a list of different addresses in Paris, and the price is what really makes this choice an interesting one. The self check-in system is also great. The only think that bothered us a bit was the lack of sound insulation between the studios. But it was not a big problem at the end.

The Apartment was very Good and they were all very friendly and helpfull. The kitchen got the Equipment you need, and if you dont want to cook, the street wäre the apartment is located, has enough restaurants. I would like to come back !

J'ai adoré l'appartement car je me trouvais juste à côté des grands magasins comme les Galeries Lafayette ou les Printemps. La cour intérieure de l'immeuble est très mignonne est bien entretenue. J'ai profité de chaque instant sur Paris. Le personnel m'a beaucoup aidé quand j'en avait besoin.
