È stato un soggiorno sereno e piacevole, il personale super disponibile e accogliente, il posto un paradiso anche se la struttura è un po' datata la parte esterna è molto curata e i servizi ben organizzati.

Far overpriced for the stay. I paid £100/night. Was not expecting luxury but what I found felt about half the value. The air conditioning is controlled by a computer at reception and you have to go ask them to turn it back on every morning. Breakfast was very disappointing and they even charged a non-refundable fee of €5 for the use of a pool towel (despite telling me I’d get my €5 back when I brought the towel back). Floor was sticky and light bulbs burnt out in the room. Don’t pay more than €50/nt for this place. Barely worth that.

Our room was located close to the reception and from the early morning we could hear the noise from the hallway. That made sleeping after 6am hard. Breakfast was quite limited. However, location was great, fantastic swimming pools and access to the beach.

Reception bar gym lady and massage lady perfect and friendly. The restaurant had problems. Everything difficult. Even if asking no glutenfree options or bread. Not possible to get an espresso for breakfast not possible to order two glasses of wine for lunch only bottles. Breakfast not ready in time waited 20 min for coffe. Closed also before time. Not serviceminded. All the rest super!

We stayed in this hotel with friends. At the reception - check in, nothing was explained to us - no information about spa, breakfast hours. People barely speak english. Waiters are not friendly at all, replying by yes or no. No explanation. Location is great but big big room for improvement regarding hospitality. Anyway, this will be our first and last time. Try to avoid.

The food is absolutely awful. Breakfast : scrambled eggs stone cold, bacon like rubber Had dinner there once. Never again. Ate out at various restaurants where REAL FOOD AMD SERVICE WAS AVAILABLE IM ABUNDANCE Two small bottles of water on arrival free of charge. Then nothing The promised Shuttie to and from the resort only happened twice a day and then for ONLY EIGHT CLIENTS We had to catch a taxi to and from city centre at Euro 10 each way Hsnh on to your beach towels por pay Euro 10 to replace them if they need to be washed Overall staff was indifferent at best rude at worse Manager totally deaf to any requests In summary DONT GO THERE. TRY ANYEHERE ELSE

È la prima camera del corridoio se sente quando passa la gente ma il rumore che si sente di sono dei motori che si accendono e si spengono dopo poco e vanno avanti parecchio.

Primo non è un resort . Secondo concordo con tti I giudizi negativi in merito alla colazione e alla cena . Tre aspetti assolutamente positivi: le piscine grandi e di acqua di mare , la discesa a mare non facile da trovare così a Pantelleria, la grandezza della camera e la sua vista . Tto il resto è trascuratezza , sciatteria e poca pulizia. È una struttura che avrebbe bisogno di un intervento manutentivo importante . Camera ampia ma serramenti tti da rifare . Poco curata la pulizia ( letto rifatto alla bene meglio, una delle sedie sul balconcino rotta ) . Colazione pessima con prodotti di sottomarca ( crema di nocciole invece che la classica nutella ) , si salva la parte delle torte ( naturalmente non fatte sul.posto ) e cornetti ( vengono però rimessi anche i cornetti del giorno prima !!!) Cena a buffet appena sufficiente ma con cibi mal esposti , contenitori piccoli per cui finiscono presto . Una sera è finita l'uva perche non sufficiente per tti .Pulizia scarsa . Molto simile ad una mensa aziendale. Sala ristorante poco curata come pulizia e molto triste . Ho pagato 2,50 una caraffa di acqua minerale come fosse una bottiglia. Personale svogliato . Il giorno della partenza nella sala dove si è consumata una veloce colazione data l'ora ....formiche. Esternamente qualche scarafaggio visto . Ascensore più di una volta non funzionante. Insomma una location straordinaria e 2 piscine bellissime ma ripeto in un contesto di scatteria. Non so come possano alcuni visitatori aver dato giudizi positivi per la colazione e la cena . I resort hanno ben altre caratteristiche. Un consiglio...se potete limitatevi a dormire ed utilizzare le piscine ed il mare .
