Very cute and quaint property. Convenient shopping and dining options nearby. The pet area in the back is very nice. Beautiful sunset over mountains in the back. Bring your pets along are more than welcome here.

The heater was in need of repair. Whenever it kicked on it would make a terrible racket. I had to turn it off

Room was very clean, bright and lots of room (stayed in room 12). Would definitely stay again, really appreciated the outdoor space for pets.

Check in was fine.
I accidently dropped something that rolled under the bed. I was amazed how much dust was there - not expected.

We stayed here for a couple of nights while exploring Bryce Canyon and the surrounding area. The 3 queen bed room worked well for us and our 3 kids. It was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and there were a few restaurants nearby that worked great for us. We would stay here again.

Huge room that was spotless. In a row of older motels, this one was totally renovated and updated inside.

Lamplighter is old but in decent shape. Don't expect modern amenities like USB ports or even convenient wall plugs. The only bad part was the traffic noise. It's right on Hwy 89 which is a busy corridor and the rooms are not that insulated for noise.
