El hotel no cuenta con los servicios que se ofrecen en la web de *******. No tiene restaurante operativo. La terraza que se muestra en las fotos no esta disponible por obras. El lobby no tiene ac. El cuarto tenia la puerta del bano averiada, la tv no tenia canales, no habia perchas... hasta el punto que decidimos acortar nuestra estancia prevista de tres noches a una. El hotel se comprometio a devolverme las dos noches que no disfrutamos y aun estoy esperando el refund de ******* con el ok del hotel. Mala experiencia

A lovely hotel in a good location for checking out the old town. Staff always smiling and greeting you and very helpful.

It was like a breath of fresh air when we walked through the doors of San Felipe. The staff was welcoming and friendly, it was quiet and peaceful after a hectic day of travel.
We went to their restaurant across the street where the food was delicious and Daniel was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed. We also went to the rooftop bar which was gorgeous- beautiful views of the city.

Great hotel. Just opened from my understanding so it still needs some fixing up to do but I would come back. Wish there was a long mirror and an iron but I can live without it. Great location, so close to everything.

Nice staff! Roof top, restaurant. Good food. Clarins products! Free coffee Nespresso. Free water bottles every day. Mini fridge. I would of liked a place to put my things in the bathroom and more light. Small room. Netflix, on TV did not worked. Please put additional toilet paper in bathroom and a place to hang the small towels.

This is a new hotel. While there were a few hiccups, over all we had a great stay. The staff couldn't have been better. My husband had a bad fall on our first day that required a visit to the ER. The staff asked after his welfare all week. Our shower leaked in our first room and they upgraded us to a much bigger room. All the rooms could use more towel racks, hooks and hangers. Breakfast was excellent as was the one dinner we ate there. Very convenient location.

Great place to stay in Casco Viejo with so many shops, restaurants and cafes around. Safe, modern and clean facility. Highly recommended!
