The room is great! Quite spacious with enough space for a family of four. There is a barbecue grill and kitchen as well as dishes and cooking utensils. Very good.
But the service and hospitality is poor. The worst experience I’ve ever made!
There is one restaurant that is always fully booked, but still has tables and chairs available. You have to please them to make up a table for you, very uncomfortable for a five star hotel! Then they have a lagoon bar that offers foods and drinks.
First day 29. Dec there was a wedding, so the lagoon bar was closed for hotel guests. Food can be ordered to room, because restaurant is fully booked. We asked if there is a celebration for New Year’s Eve, but concierge told us it was cancelled because no people were interested in. On 31. Dec they closed lagoon bar again for hotel guest because suddenly they had a New Year’s Eve party, but not for us. On January 1st there was no room service…. Check out was the same unfriendly treatment as during check-in…
If you don’t mind to spent your holidays like a tenant it’s a great place. As a hotel guest better try another one.
We will not come back here!

The Pullman Sea Temple Resort was a beautiful hotel. The service was excellent and the 1 bedroomed apartment was fantastic in every way.
I will definitely be returning!

酒店不在凱恩斯，更小眾，能直接去享受棕櫚灣的閑適安靜。酒店的大泳池非常推薦，甚至有潛水區。
房間相對國內同級別酒店還是略簡陋了一些，建議做好心理準備。
很特別且美好的回憶～

The young waitresses provide friendly, courteous and excellent service. Awesome food coffee at the pool pavilion. The older middle aged woman who sometimes serves is always grumpy and one star. A big contrast to the girls. The girls are five star!

We stayed here in Jan 2023 for 5 nights as part of a wider trip to Australia. We really enjoyed staying here, the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming with good facilities. We stayed on a room only basis and ate at local eateries during our stay, so can't comment on the food. However, the bar service was excellent with great cocktails, including a cocktail of the day. Pool area was quite busy, but as this is tropical Queensland the majority of people do use the pool as the beach is not suitable for swimming due to the crocs and jelly fish. Shops, restaurants etc are all in easy walking distance. Good place to stay.

The resort is not only secluded and quiet, it was also the best time to travel there during the off season. The happy hour cocktails daily made my friend and I excited to see what the cocktail of the day was. Our favourite was the Tim Tam cocktail. The resort is right near the lovely and luxe Palm Cove retail complex as well as some lovely restaurants neaby. Temple of Tastes had great food, but it was a bit of an inconvenience not being able to sit outside while we ate our dinner. Just a minor inconvenience so not a big deal. Special mention goes to Tahnee- the pool bartender- she is super chill, nice and friendly. Loved the pool- loved the vibe- overall, a very luxe place.

Virtually NO WiFi. “Full bars” but would timeout before it connected to anything 99% of the time (over numerous days). Worked in lobby. Rude staff when you made any request/complaint. Uninspiring pool. Loud (can hear courtyard when you try to sleep). Would not stay here again.
