· Giardino sul Duomo. We loved an awful lot about this place.The location is fantastic. It has a wonderful pool with a rare find, a warm out door shower to use and your entry and egress from the pool. The breakfast was excellent, both service and food. Hot dishes being prepared on demand. Parking is free and we went out everyday and there was a space when we returned every time. Lovely room. Camomile.It open directly onto the garden and there were two lovely seats. It felt like our own place. Although it’s very central it’s quiet and private. The trees you can see on the website have now grown and this makes the garden and pool completely private. The air conditioned dining room is wonderful for a having breakfast as the sun is in the garden from first thing. The room and bed were serviced daily. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again. Disliked · Giardino sul Duomo is almost perfect. We are always very fair. We will give constructive feedback so the venue can improve and do even better. It’s generally about people. On arrival we were met by one of the two managers (can’t remember their names sorry) he was tall with round spectacles and he wore his curly fair hair in a pony tale. He gave us our keys took our details and showed us to our room. He gave us no further information. The second manager, the chap with the dark hair was wonderful throughout our stay and we saw him take guests up to the viewing roof and he explained everything about the accommodation and Ragusa giving the guests recommendations about places to visit and places to eat etc. We didn’t get that. It ought to be consistent. In our room was a lovely coffee machine. No coffee though. We don’t carry coffee capsules so it just teased us by its presence. Two capsules appeared on the third morning. There was no kettle nor tea option. One could buy drinks at the bar but not after 8 pm. The place isn’t staffed after this time. It’s obviously not a hotel but the availability for a nightcap to sit in the great garden which is lit at night (see photos) would be nice. We had to leave a note to ask for toiletries to be replenished. It’s only little things but it’s the difference between very good and excellent so it’s important.

This hotel is situated in a central area near the top of the stunning Ragusa Ibla, around tiny windy streets and steep steps, with stunning views over the Duomo and surrounding countryside. It really is a magical area and the hotel is a little oasis of calm. Nice big rooms and very clean. The breakfast was nice and the staff members were really helpful and friendly- couldn’t have asked for more!

This is a lovely hotel comprised of apartments around the main reception area. The hosts were kind and helpful, and provided a delicious breakfast, including cold cuts, pastries, fresh fruit and the best coffee in Sicily. Ragusa is a charming town with a lot to offer, but the shops and restos close in the late afternoon, so keep drinks and snacks handy. Luckily, the hotel has a lovely pool and well-tended garden, so it's easy to relax till the city re-opens.

This is a gem with a stunning view of Ragusa...once you find it. We loved everything about this hotel except getting there. Like many other places in SIcily the route is thru narrow, confusing streets and the GPS got lost forcing us to park and set out on foot. That said, we'd do it all over again. Michele is a wonderful and helpful host and the location is ideal for walking and exploring the charming town. We parked in the lot above the hotel as Michele directed and left the car there until we had to leave.

Partner and I enjoyed a wonderful couple of nights here in early October. The room was nice, the gardens with the pool and the incredible view was magical, and the welcome and overall service from the staff was faultless. The location is about as good as you could wish for, just behind the beautiful Duomo. There's even a decent sized car park up at the top of the hill 2 mins walk away from the hotel, which is a bonus given parking space is severely limited in the old town.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at for its price. Great value all around. Clean, modern rooms. Nice breakfast, great service and the best location in Ragusa.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The hotel and garden are beautiful. Our room had a view of the duomo which we loved. Michele was charming and so helpful. He even had audio guides for a walking tour of the town. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We were very well looked after from beginning to end. Hosts were very friendly and provided lots of information. Our room was very comfortable and the grounds and pool were great.

Our room was modern and clean. The hotel's grounds were so peaceful and quiet. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning. The staff is so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is only a few blocks from the Duomo and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Parking is available on the narrow street outside of the hotel.
