This hotel has breathtaking views surrounding the property. It is an amazing place to get back in touch with yourself and with nature.

Good: Beautiful location and view right on Lake Powell, lovely outdoor pool and hot tub with lake views. Very nice man who worked in the cafe and in the restaurant at night.
Bad: Rest of the staff were very rude and didn't seem to care about anything I would ask/request. Lobby water dispenser was empty I asked for it to be filled & they blew me off & took 2 days to fill it. Phone in our room did not work so could not call front desk. No regular coffee pods in our room just decaf pods. No pool towels at the pool nor in our room. Morning of checkout very rude housekeeper pounded on our door at 8:50am yelling "housekeeping" and we said "no we are still in here" (check out is not until 11am) and she yelled back through the door "I will be back at 11am!"
Every female worker we encountered was rude and seemed to hate their job.

I understand they are renovating. Previous reviews said rooms were musty. Our room was not musty and seemed freshly painted. Some fixtures have been renovated. Bathroom fixtures still need work. With some TLC, this place would be GREAT. Keep working on it and we will try again another year.

Property was empty and not to much around to do here seeing as it’s November. Wish we would have known. Room wasn’t the best either, I had to upgrade just to change rooms

This was my first time staying at this resort after it was recommended to us and I think it was okay but definitely not what I expected. Our room smelled like mildew and there was a huge stain on the floor as soon as we walked in.
The bathroom was just kind of dark & dingy and our shower was slightly dirty… I’d come back and try it again, but maybe book a lake front room and hope it is better.

The service in the resort was great. The restaurant staff at the Rainbow Room was first class. The room I was given was very old, dimly lit,and run down. The TV didnt work, as well as some lamps in the room did not work.The building our room was in, was dirty. Our room was not dirty, but the building had trash in the hall way area that stayed there for the whole time we were staying. One thing I did not like is in order to get to the resort, you have to pay $30.00 per car to enter the Lake Powell area where the resort is located.
