Overall good and we had the highest floor so it’s quiet and got the city view. breakfast has variety and tasteful. the front desk are helpful to assign me the best room and well informed about facilities . The room are clean as well as aircon works properly.. truly recommended hotel in the city

No se puede recomendar este hotel. El personal amigable siempre sonríe y aseguró que nuestra experiencia aquí fue de la más alta calidad, especialmente Alfano, que parece haber nacido como un gerente de hotel. The location definitely in the central. Make us easy to explore the city. Known as an old hotel, but it was renovated and really looks like new hotel. The room is big and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice, have quite lot of variety. Recommended...!!!

My stay at the zhm Premier Padang offered several standout features that set it apart from its competitors. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made.
The hotel's unique selling point is undeniably its rooftop facilities. The rooftop restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience with a breathtaking view of Padang. This, coupled with the sky pool, offers an unparalleled experience that truly sets zhm Premier apart from other hotels in the city.
However, I would like to suggest that the management consider designating the rooftop restaurant as a non-smoking area. Despite the air-conditioning, the presence of smoke can be a deterrent for non-smoking guests who wish to enjoy their meals in a smoke-free environment.
Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking.
Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours.
Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels.
In summary, while there are areas for improvement, the unique offerings and quality service make zhm Premier Padang a worthy choice. I look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit, and I am confident that these changes will enhance the overall guest experience.

FFaaiz97It was a nice play to stay. Really strategic place because at the town. About food you can easily get near this place. Many food like lontong, teh telur, lakitang. Comfortable place to stay because have many things their provide such as transport to attraction place, air conditioner at the lobby. Thanks for the trip recommend to stay at this hotel, also get the nice voucher to use . I love you all so much. Will come again to padang. Nice view near beach, and cold

LLikenGoGreat location in the center of padang city. Near to every place my family want to go! Great experience. But the minus was in our bathroom there was no towel so qe need to ask the staff for our towel. And the lift was broken when my family stay so we need to use stairs. Overall this hotel was good, staff was nice and polite.

UUsuario invitadoon all of my West Sumatra motorcycle road trips so far, i had never really visited the town of Padang, preferring to use the bypass road on my way to the southern side of this amazing west coast... towns are not my favourites, being usually hot & crowded... but this time i decided to bite the bullet, for the sake of checking the old town of Padang, with its rich history and exceptional heritage display... and for this, what better base camp to choose, but the town's oldest operating hotel: Hotel Padang! this hotel has the charmingly obsolete look of Indonesian accommodation dating from the colonial times,... it is well located, halfway between the old and the newer areas of town, a single storey goup of buildings on spacious and green grounds... i got room number 1, which has been tastefully renovated recently, with all modern amenities and nice veranda seating; the iron horse got a safe shelter too, a specific motorcycle parking area, under a roof... service staff are relaxed and friendly... breakfast is included in the reasonable room rate... bank atm, convenience store, laundry, cafés & warungs are all within walking distance... and to visit the touristy spots, nothing beats GoJek rides, which always ended up to be around Rp.10k... i would have been happy to give Hotel Padang a 5-dot rating, for the pleasant experience i had... but i still feel that the 4-dot should work better, as a motivation to make the small improvements that will lead this place to classical perfection...

UUsuario anónimoThe room is very clean and its very near to Masjid Al Hakim. Only 5mins walking distance to the beach too. The toilet also clean and they also provide water dispenser, so no hustle to worry to buy mineral water together with the iron (upon request). I also used the laundry service which is very good and the price also quite cheap. I went during Ramadan, hence anyone who want to discover Padang during Ramadan, i would really recommend to stay at this hotel!
