The older building is in decent shape, with a good location and cleanliness. However, the staff communication is lacking. They're quite stiff and unfriendly, giving off an indifferent vibe. You might want to consider other hotel options.

Old hotel, but location wise its close to the beach and mall. Beds needs upgrade as u can feel the spring while sleeping. For the money it's quite appropriate

You get what you pay for. For the price, you can imagine how the place is. The light is not functioning, the aircond is not that cold, the receptionist is not really acommodating. They even require 200000 idr deposit for place like this. Not hot water, no iron, no port to charge your gadget. The bed is hard, make your body ache. The smell of cigarette is really2 strong. You just come in and sleep. That’s it. If you want to rest, this is not the place. Not recommended until they upgrade the service. Just fix the light first please

Dear Trip.com Management We didn’t check in the Hotel. Upon arrival we see the Hotel condition and shocked. The photos shown and the actual site is totally different. Booking No *********** PIN **** 140th feb 1 nite RM48.17 Please be informed that the Booking made, 4 booking mentioned above is very bad. During check in we found all the rooms were in very bad shape Floors were dirty, with stains black in colour, Toilet bowl used not cleaned, roof ceilings are rooten and wet stain marks and partially hanging we immedialty call the managements staffs showed them the condition and request to cancel. The Hotel management aggreed and told us shall arrange for refund via trip .com. We manage to book another hotel Via trip.com . Its really Horrible and face alot of though time Please look into this and arrange for the refund.

Hotel paling teruk setakat ni d padang.. katil tidur rasa besi dan berbunyi besi buruk berlaga. Tandas Masya Allah tak tergamak betul so sorry admin hotel ni mmg tak boleh direkemenkan kepada tetamu lain... mmg worst dan sy terpaksa keluar dr tarikh sebenar ke hotel lain... tak akan kembali lg ke hotel tu Indah kabar dr rupa

Hotel ok .kawasan berhampiran pusat perniagaan. Perabut hotel agak lama.juga perabut di dalam bilik Wifi hotel Bagus.

Hotelnya murah dekat dari pusat kota. Bersih sesuai harga.

Kurang memuaskan, kami di lantai 3, kamarnya sempit, sumpek dan banyak nyamuk. Sinyal wi-fi tidak terjangkau sampai ke dalam kamar. Televisinya kecil sekali dan jadul.

Untuk harga segitu, lumayanlah
