Great resort and hotel accommodation. I believe every room has beautiful view, because of position of the building. Nice friendly hard working people trying to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Absolutely recommend to everyone how loves luxury, great food and friendly people! We have enjoyed our holiday! We just got back from a wonderful family holiday. The staff couldn’t do more for us. We needed some goats’ milk for our little boy, and Sila in guest relations was so helpful. She sent out to three different local towns to try and find some. Truly above and beyond service. The staff in the restaurant were so warm and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us. Special thanks to Yakup, Onur and Figen, who looked after us every meal and made each experience amazing. Credit to Ilkan who I believe was in charge of the team. We’ve been to a lot of all inclusive hotels all over Europe, including Turkey, and I must say that the food in the buffet restaurant is some of the best we’ve had. Great variety every night. We loved the food. The rooms were lovely, and cleaned to a high standard. The gym was probably the best spec I’ve seen in a hotel gym before. Everything was new and a good variety of equipment. The spa area is great. Two huge saunas and a steam room. A couple of days the weather was a little overcast but the indoor pool was fine, and lovely and warm. There were plenty of sun loungers on the beach, and by the pools. And there is a pier which also had loads of loungers. As it was the start of the season, the hotel wasn’t running at capacity, but there seemed like there would always be plenty of loungers to go around. For a family holiday, I would wholeheartedly recommend.

What an amazing hotel. The staff were attentive, friendly, polite and we could not have asked for anything better. Even when we went to the bar to order drinks, from the hotel reception area, to the snack bar by the pool, they would always make sure we sat down and they brought our drinks to us. Great service. Before arriving we booked the cabanas by the pool and on the beach. The ones on the beach and pier were not completed and we were concerned and questioned guest relations about this. We were assured they would be completed by the time we were to use them, but there was a lot of work to be done. But, they worked tirelessly and yes, they were completed on time. They were peaceful/tranquil and spacious for 6 people, great room for little ones to move about, and would 100% recommend. We had a great family holiday, thank you to all at the hotel

We are just back home after having such a lovely relaxing holiday at this hotel. From the minute we got there until we left we were well looked after. The room was clean and was cleaned every day even though we did not expect this, drinks were refilled in the fridge every day toiletries topped up as required. Food was good and could always find something to eat at each meal time. Waiters and waitresses were lovely and looked after us really well. It was just a shame to see so much waste left on tables if your not going to eat it why put so much on your plate you can always go back for more as there was always plenty. The beach was lovely and coffee being bought to you in the mornings was a added bonus even though the beach cafe was 2 minutes walk away. The food in the beach bar was good especially the donuts and waffles with the jam and cream in the late afternoon. All the management were good and a very special guy was Haman from guest relations was such a good guy. Spoke very good English's and was always so helpful would come and chat to us most days. We did a trip to EFES was expensive and yes good to see but as for the GUIDE we would not bother with them again he rushed us through the site and we felt that we had missed quite a lot of it. Do it yourself dont pay the money. Not much to do in that area and not a lot for children. Animation we saw about but never got to chat with them. Life guards about all the time. Would we go back may be in a couple of years time.

Özellikle ara öğünlerdeki sokak lezzetleri gerçekten çok lezzetliydi, oğlum Mevlana restoranın etli ekmeğine bayıldı. İçecekler, odaların soğut**sı ve her yiyeceğin izdiham olmadan rahatça alınması bizim için en büyük rahatlıktı. Tekrar bu güzel tatil için teşekkürler.

Flew with TUI from Birmingham. 45 minute coach journey from Izmir Airport. The hotel is immaculate, everything from the rooms to the Toilets on each floor they are clean and well serviced. We stayed in a Double room with a Sofa turned into bed, beds are firm but still comfy, rooms are modern and feel more western than other hotels in Turkey. The Bathrooms are clean and spacious only downside is the shower we were given that kept partially flooding our room if spending more than 5 minutes in the shower at one time. Plenty of activities available from never ending poolside entertainment to a Foam Party on the Pier. Pools are large and clean. Food was superb, buffet food was always hot and freshly made (you can watch them.) MAKE SURE YOU USE THE A LA CARTE, we chose the Italian and were given 6 unreal courses best food ever. Make sure you check out the Irish Pub for the best cocktails ever, a little hidden gem. IGNORE BAD REVIEWS!!! Would I come again? YES Would I recommend? YES Value for money? 10/10 Perfect Quiet Holiday in Turkey!

We flew with TUI for Manchester and after a short delay, landed pretty much on time into Izmir. Bags came through after 15 minutes and we were pointed into the direction of our transport. Turned out to be a modern 15-seater, along with our party of 3, just 3 others. After a 40-minute drive, we were dropped off at the hotel. Efficiently checked in, quick bite to eat (overnight buffet to 5am) and then to bed. We spent the first few days getting to know what’s what, and have settled into complex life nicely. We go home in three days, and I would like to congratulate the staff for their tireless work in keeping the whole complex tidy. Constant cleaning, nothing too much trouble and we’ve found the majority of staff accommodating and friendly. Our room is a double with a nice hard sofa (great for sitting on), after 4 nights of sleeping on it I told the reception staff I wanted a bed to sleep in, and they provided me with a reasonable solution, after a short room rework. Fair play. The room is cleaned everyday to a good standard and we’ve been very happy in it. The food has been very good, musn’t grumble. The breakfast is our least favourite, don’t expect anything like the uk. The Turkish tea is nice, but not our cuppa……the coffee is extremely strong, same. Manners of, or rather the lack of, other international guests always amuses me. Expect rude and disrespectful behaviour. The old story of sunbed wars, not as bad as many European destinations I have to say, but watch your shade, close an eye lid and shiver me timbers, people have the neck to pull a sunbed into it. The neck. For the life of me, I’ve never understood why complexes think everyone wants repetitive beat music, played too loud all day, over poor quality audio speakers……and in this case mainly German and Turkish music. Bring some headphones! The hotel needs to sort out the floor boards on the pontoon/jetty - trying to get some shut eye away from the disasterous non-stop disco is like living at Clapham junction train station. It’s not hard to screw or nail down the floor boards. Bang bang bang ‼️ Oh yeah, worst wifi we’ve ever come across, constantly dropping out all day every day. Needs attention. Ideal for families and couples, nothing local. Local town 6km away. We did a visit to kusadasi which is 75€ return. In a taxi, lots of fake stuff, if that’s your bag. Local bus is €3 each. We took a taxi as TUI want to charge a 12-year old adult price, ffs TUI, get a grip, they charge €19 adult (12+) and €9 kids. Speaking of TUI trips. There is a reason I’ve not been to one in about 10 years. They were always about selling you trips, not about the hotel, they need to rework this strategy. Anyway, we attended and sure enough, a few minutes about the hotel and then straight into the sales pitch. We were interested in hot air ballooning over the calcium pools, TUI wanted €225 pp. guess what, googled it and we managed to get it for €390. Exactly the same. Wake up TUI, times a

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff, clean, has good variety of food and drinks. Cabanas are brilliant. Snorkeling, water slides as an additional free entertainment. The entertainment team were proactive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

As someone who have been to various 5 star resorts all over the world and especially in Turkey, I really liked this hotel. The hotel it self is nicely decorated with royal interior and has a very nice ambience. We usually go to Lara and Belek area for vacation and have been travelling through Turkey the last 3 weeks, we found this hidden gem close to İzmir airport and Kusadasi. We did not regret our choice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the amazing cocktails from Berfin in the Snack Bar. The food choices are great. The breakfast and dinner is lovely and the lunch is just delicious. I miss more variations on the desert. It’s not enough to serve 3 different varieties of Baklava. The rooms are nice and we were on 3rd floor, but the rooms could be more sound isolated. The pools and beach area is very good. There is something for everyone. We tried the Spa and Hamam which was amazing. Thank you to Elif and Halit for their great service. The gym is very good and well equipped. The kids animation is really important for us with 2 small kids and it did not disappoint us. Thank you to the great staff for being engaged and encouraging. We will for sure come back in the future.
