We paid almost $2k for one week in Cascade #3. Our nightmare began on day 1. The email and brochure indicate check-in is at 3pm. When we arrived at Twin Peaks, they informed us that the condo would not be ready until after 4pm. We had an uneventful night the first evening after we finally got settled, but the next morning realized we had no hot water. We called and reported it. Late that afternoon they informed us that they had to come and "reset" the water heater. We had hot water for maybe two showers, after that everyone else took cold showers. Not good when you have six people staying there. This went on EVERY SINGLE DAY! We were there during a heat wave and there is no AC in the condo. The brochure states there is flatware for 10 people. There is a total of 6 forks a few spoons and knives. We couldn't all eat at once. We complained and they made it seem as if they were doing us a huge favor by refunding us a couple hundred dollars. We were there for our daughters' wedding . If we had been there for any other reason, we would have left!
