Maravilloso hotel de agroturismo. Las instalaciones preciosas, jardín muy cuidado, desayuno con productos artesanales muy buenos. Francesca la propietaria maravillosa , amable, empatíca, y resto de personal ( Ludovica, Serena .,. , tambien).. Quiero volver a Orvieto y a este lugar.

Solamente una noche pero muy bien En un viaje para aprovechar y conocer, estuvimos solamente una noche. Y yendo de aquí a allá. Muy bien ubicado cerca de Orvieto, para quienes se mueven en coche. Muy amables en recepción; la habitación amplia, con buena luz. Hermoso jardín Buen desayuno Única queja, cortinas finas y me despertó temprano la luz del sol (no se podían cerrar los postigos porque estaba puesto el mosquitero).

Fantastic, wish we stayed longer. Farm style bed and breakfast with All the lovely Italian authenticity. Felt relaxed the moment we arrived. Great clean and private room and bathroom. The morning breakfast had everything homemade fresh, even the marmalade and jelly. Pool is gorgeous. Right off the property there is a walking trail that takes you up to the old town Orvieto. Better have good walking shoes on and ready for a steep hike which will clear your lungs. It was like our own private trail. We loved it. You can take the funicular or drive up there. Less than a half mile walk to the train station from the lovely home. Highly recommend not taking the taxi as he charged us €15 for a two minute drive. We should have asked before booking the ride. Live and learn.

What a heavenly stay I was fortunate enough to have here! I stayed for 5 nights. I arrived by train and was collected by the hotel's driver which was pre-arranged. My room was spacious and cool and so very comfortable. I was thrilled to discover I had a solid large table at which to sit. The care and attention that emanated from everywhere is a testament to Francesca and her family. The hand made furniture and embroidered tablecloth and bed linen in my room, enhanced the homely a**osphere. Francesca's friendliness and warmth, combined with her sound detailed advice and recommendations, made my stay so relaxing and memorable. As I didn't have a car I used the mountain path behind the hotel to walk up to Orvieto. It was steep but gave fabulous views on the way and at the top. Breakfast was plentiful and homemade, served by a charming young lady whose name I forget, who was always smiling and personable. It was so lovely to be greeted by her each morning. The restaurant across the road was where I took my evening meals. I enjoyed the gorgeous gardens and the swimming pool. I would return in a heartbeat.

My friends and I spent a day in Orvieto and an evening at Podere Sette Piagge. The owners are extremely attentive and gracious. Francesca went out of her way to ensure us a comfortable, cozy stay. Each room is uniquely designed with beautiful wooden furniture built right in Umbria. The breakfast was delicious. This spacious, relaxing, country home is nestled in the hillside just below the town of Orvieto. Francesca was extremely helpful in planning our tour of Orvieto, and assisting in our travel. She can arrange for cooking classes, wine tasting, food pairing, vineyard & bike tours. This hidden gem is a must see & stay.

Great location with a beautiful setting. It’s located at the base of the Orvieto cliffs with a short drive to the city with easy parking. Rooms are spacious and bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast and staff is very helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
