Centralísimo, habitaciones amplias y con mucho encanto (techos con vigas de siglos de antigüedad), extraordinariamente limpio.....llamando la atencion las planchadas toallas. Beatriz y su madre, las dueñas, muy amables y pendientes de todo. Ah....y a una imbatible relación precio / calidad. Muy muy recomendable

This is a very cute property, and Laura is very sweet. We were able to get the room early, and that was great because we only had one night in Orvieto. It was clean and very comfortable. The only reason I would caution one about this property is that there is not an elevator. I knew this at booking because it states it on the listing. If you have limitations and a heavy bag, I’m not too sure about that. We were ok, and this point didn’t affect our stay. We really quite enjoyed this sweet property. I would stay there again.

Bedroom was spacious with teas and coffee facilties. It had lots of character and history, Nice touch to have tea, coffee. Spacious bathroom and shower easy to use.

Cutest town! Adorable B&B. The owner, her husband, and son were excellent hosts and very kind. Location was perfect in the middle of town. Steps from coffee, restaurants, shops and a beautiful church. The rooms were large, beds comfortable, bathrooms spacious and everything was clean and lots of attention to detail making you feel welcome and at home.

The steps to the apar**ent were tough for lazy Americans but the room was very nice and Beatrice was a lovely hostess. Parking was convenient until the Thursday market was held in the square. Beatrice woke us in time to save us being towed away for which we are very grateful.

La Soffitta e la Torre is situated in the heart of Orvieto, just a short walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions. It is accessible by vehicle for dropping off bags, but the closest parking is about 1 km away. The recommended parking lot is very inexpensive at 1 Euro per day. The room we had was spacious, clean and well-maintained, with the exception that the bed was somewhat lumpy. There is no fridge in the suite, but there is a kettle. The suite was very characterful, in the attic of the old building with wooden beams and a view over the square. There are several rooms in the attic, all opening onto a common area, so you may be sharing this space with others. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Communication was good and it was easy to contact the host (who lives next door) while we were there. Despite overlooking a square, we found it to be quiet.
