Club Muskebi

Muskebi has a fantastic location, well maintained place, trees and plants. Good place to go with family and my favorite place. This year we had unfortunates. Foods wasn't good, no fruits, cheap ingredients,...etc. Special thanks to Mehmet Yilmaz and Ibrahim who managed really well service. Cleaning was fair, depending their staff shortage. Thanks to Gizem. Also Medical massage worked well for my wife. Thanks to Aylin. Management was unprofessional in general. Double price application was/is unacceptable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in all inclusive. However, even teas, water, coffees and everything is extra and need to pay. In a good hand this place can be a best place for families. I don't want to be unfair and I hope management take our critics as positive and get over it. Good luck.

Our favorite place to go. But this time management was different. Unprofessional and money maker oriented logic. Place being used as a money making more than a customer satisfaction and care. Second day I had bronchitis and it took more than a 14 days because of poor, unfresh food not good ingredients. Breakfast, lunch and dinner place give as all inclusive. Teas, drinks and extras and extras and ...they make you send money. Domestic tourists different pay than ours. Almost a half of my price I paid.....many other wrongs. But location is excellent. Place Gardens specially well maintained but that's all.

The employee at the reception named ayhan I believe was a very rude, unprofessional person. Check-in was a terrible experience, but every other employees work there was super friendly. Also food is terrible, if they want to save cost, they shouldn't try to add variety, serving old wafers will not add any value to property. Special thanks to housekeeping tho. Room was very clean everyday

I understand that it is cheaper than most of the other hotels..but it shouldn't mean that the food should be this disgusting. They basically say we don't value you, you deserve this oily, horrible food. The wine they offer might actually kill you. Even the tea in the morning tastes like coloured water. Also, the staff was mostly really not good. There were a few really hard working ones but the rest has no idea what they are doing, rude and show you how unhappy they are all the time. I would rather pay 100TL more and experience a better hotel. Avoid this place!

Отдыхали семьёй, двое взрослых и двое детей. Переехали в этот отель с доплатой из другого отеля, в котором все было отвратительно. В этом же отеле нам понравилось всё. Отель с прекрасной зелёной территорией, где запахи хвои от кедров сменяются приятными ароматами от розовых кустовых цветов похожих на розы. Между корпусами ставят шезлонги и отдыхают наслаждаясь видами, тишиной и ароматами. Номера не новые, но чистые, с хорошей, регулярной уборкой. У нас был номер с двухспальной кроватью и 2х этажной для детей. Корпуса 2х этажные по 8 номеров в корпусе. Ресторан с достойным выбором блюд в т ч мясом, рыбой. Около бассейна есть бар с очень приятной атмосферой и обстановкой (столики, диваны) в тени плетистых деревьев. В баре вкусный чай, турецкий кофе. Персонал очень приветливый и общительный. Есть амфитеатр в котором иногда проводят детскую анимацию. Море чистое, пляж с плавным заходом, рядом с корпусами, при входе есть полоса с камнями, далее песок, местами были водоросли в зоне буйков. Отель расположен далеко от населённых пунктов поэтому до ближайших магазинов нужно идти 25-30 мин или ехать на маршрутке # 2-28. В отеле практически нет русских, в основном турки, что как объяснил наш гид хорошо, поскольку они очень требовательны ко всему. Отдыхом в отеле мы очень довольны и благодарны сотрудникам отеля.

Struttura buona manca totalmente l'animazione e pertanto diventa noiosa la serata. Nessuno che capisca la lingua italiana e poi la totale assenza nei bar di qualche amaro o limoncello da dare agli all inclusive mentre li danno come extra e un bicchierino di limoncello costa circa 10 euro prezzo di due bottiglie in Italia

Hala oteldeyiz fakat Konum olarak güzel olsada Deniz yosun içinde havuz başında müzik dâhi yok saat 11 buçuk gibi tüm ışıklar kapatılıyor odalarda su ısıtıcı kahve makinesi vs. Yok. Çalışanlar neden geldiniz modunda iptal şansınız var ise iptal edin direkt. Yoksa çok sıkılırsınız bizim gibi...

Plajı çok kötü yer bulamıyorsun şemsiyeler çok kötü 8de gi**emize rağmen plajda yer yok. Bu otel personelinin umurunda değil. Hiç kimse ilgilenmiyor bu durumla. Yemeklerdede çeşit çok az ama olanlarda lezzetli. Odalar temiz.

Her şey çok güzeldi ama ana yemek çeşitleri azdı onun dışında bir sorun yoktu ve çok güzel bir oteldi odaları temiz ve ferah havuzun büyüklüğü de yeterliydi denizi biraz soğuk ama yinede temizdi otelin konumundada sıkıntı yoktu bizim için güzel bir deneyim oldu
