Sonder at Steelhouse

My unit was not clean upon arrival and smelled. Their were heavy walkers and a running child above my unit. My maintenance request was quickly answered and resolved. Valet trash about 5days/week in exchange for a ripe smell until collection occurred. Overall an adverse experience

We were staying in Orlando for a week and really made ourselves at home! I read reviews that said it was too hard to find your unit after picking up your keys, but we found the instructions easy to understand. Free parking was a great perk since we had to pay to park everywhere else on our theme park trip. When we needed supplies, the app easily connected us with someone who could help and they dropped them off later that day in a little gift bag outside our door. I’ve also read reviews that said it was too noisy, but we were on the inside of the building overlooking the pool and did not have that experience. It was a wonderful stay and I would totally recommend it—especially if you’re in town for more than a few days!

Dangerously broken shower, they duct taped it. Gross stain on bed, no mattress protector on bed. There was poop in hallways that I unknowingly stepped in and tracked into a Lyft, cost me $80 with no resolution from sonder, broken elevator, needles in courtyard.

We had the loveliest time, the place was super clean and comfortable. The check in process was a breeze and when we had a minor misshap they resolved it so quick it was like nothing happened. I strongly recommend it!! AA+±

We enjoyed everything about it! The apar**ent was cozy and very well decorated. The location was perfect, we were able to skateboard and walk to places. The attention and service on point, helpful from beginning to end!
