The property: 10/10 The property is located very close to the city centre, which makes sightseeing convenient. There are huge, well-maintained lawns everywhere the eye can see with beautiful landscaping and fantastic views of the surrounding hills. The dining and lobby areas were quite spacious and there is wheel-chair access as well. The room: 9/10 We stayed in a suite with one bedroom and hall, ***** with a kitchenette. We were able to enjoy very nice views of the city from 3 balconies while sipping tea in the evenings. Some guests might find the bed and couch a bit too soft, but overall the room was very spacious and comfortable. The food: 9/10 Sterling left no stone unturned in providing the best in terms of the sheer variety of cuisines provided, especially in the dinner buffet. We found Chinese, Italian, North Indian, and South Indian cuisines all under one roof. In our family, where everyone has a different food choice, everyone was satisfied. The live counter was also very fast and responsive. We would've appreciated some more healthy food options as part of the breakfast, such as sprouts, which weren't kept every day. But we had a great experience with the food overall! The service: 10/10 We received exemplary service from all the staff at Sterling. From the housekeeper Anitha to all the other staff on the floor such as Jaya, Lily, and Chandrashekhar who greeted us with bright smiles every day, we couldn't have asked for anything better. They were extremely proactive in anticipating our needs and helping us with everything. We would also like to especially thank Sudhansu for making our stay at Sterling very comfortable and memorable. A big shoutout to him for his commitment to ensure a great holiday experience for us. We will definitely be coming back here next year!
