La estancia estuvo bien, la limpieza y comodidad son excelentes. Pague por que el Valet Parking cuidara mi auto y me robaron una maleta, el hotel se deslindo de cualquier responsabilidad por que la compañía del Valet es aparte, se hizo un reclamo pero aun no me han resuelto nada. Mientras tanto tuve q comprar de nuevo todo lo necesario que traia en esa maleta. Los del Valet solo me decian que es super extraño q se hayan robado una maleta si traía 3. No quisieron mostrarme los videos de seguridad pero decian que alguien se subia a las 3am a mi auto pero q no se veia q fuera al maletero. Pero q tendria q estar haciendo alguien en mi carro a esa hr si los unicos q tenian las llaves eran los del valet.

Paid way too much for a not great hotel room, thought breakfast was included and should of been, so spent 50.00 for breakfast at society which was over priced. Then get a email after we got home that we had to pay 25.00 a day for parking, which was never mentioned on Travelocity web page or the hotel.If I would of booked room directly the room would of been cheaper and wouldn’t have to pay parking.Will not stay there again.

Nice property overall, valet service was quick and polite as was check in and check out. The hotel has a lot of busy roads around it. There was a lot of street noise at most hours of the day and night. Made for a noisy room when trying to sleep. Room had a lot of dust on chairs and baseboards and the floor hadn’t been really cleaned for some time. The furniture and beds were comfortable and newer. Breakfast was just a buffet so we went elsewhere.

This hotel is convenient to restaurants, the Old Market, has a great bar and restaurant on site. However, it was an expensive room and the highway noise was awful!

I appreciated the hotel's location as it is close to the airport. There were several interesting dining options and the centralized courtyard was an interesting feature. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Tried to charge valet parking rate instead of self park. Tried to charge for internet that I didn't use. Did not inform us that we needed our room key to get out of parking garage upon check out, so we had to back up and call the hotel by phone. Staff not very friendly. Expensive and not worth it. The Marriotts we stayed at in Idaho and Wyoming were much better.
