Classic old building restyled with a very hip feel. People were very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Don’t miss the speakeasy (Anna’s Place).

Very cute hotel. The speak easy was so much fun and had excellent and unique drinks. Room was clean and we had what we needed. This is a place for those who aren’t used to having great amenities - it looks great, really pretty design and large room and bathroom. lacks some conveniences like hooks in the bathroom for towels etc. also the bedside lamps only stay on with the overhead lights. Quite annoying. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Trip was booked through app for my spouse. She was harassed about checking in because her name was not on the reservation. Only reason there is one name on a reservation is because one person is allowed as a user on the app. Common sense? Had to make 3 calls to have her name added. Called ahead of time to be sure they had parking and chargers for electric vehicles before she drove the electric. They confirmed they had them but didn’t bother to mention they didn’t work. So had to leave hotel to charge the car and Uber back to hotel and then Uber back to charging location which was a huge inconvenience. Hotel was nice. Room was nice. Customer service in hotel was great on the phone was horrible and not accommodating to EV. Would have simply drove a different car had they just mentioned their chargers didn’t work.

They said they had an airport shuttle available 24 hours a day but it actually stops at 11pm. When I wanted to use the shuttle to return to the hotel at the end of my stay they told me it was out of service.
