My stay at the Heritance tea factory was one of the most amazing experiences. It is located in a wonderful area with beautiful surroundings. It was previously a tea factory and now a hotel. The hotel staff were 10/10 and everyone was very welcoming. The food was great, with huge variety! The service by staff at breakfast/dinner was top quality. There are many experiences available, I tried the tea picking and tasting led by Jayanthi. She was very knowledgeable, she took her time and allowed us to have alot of photo opportunities. We learnt alot about the tea making process and how to properly taste tea!

This was a great place to stay in Nuwareliya. The Villa is beautifully kept with 3 cozy rooms and a great small garden for some early morning teas! The staff were quite helpful, and the villa is located in close proximity to the Nuwareliya town. It is one of the most peaceful villas to stay at with a good view of some tea fileds. It is definitely worth a visit for couples, a group of friends and/ or Family.

What a lovely hotel this is in a good area of Nuwara Eliya, away from the hubub of the busy city and not far from the Gregory Lake. We had a very comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated room, a very good meal in the restaurant and a nice breakfast. the staff was friendly and helpful. the only thing to note is that this hotel does not serve alcohol, so does not have a bar or serve wine with meals so if you are looking forward to your evening cocktail, you might be, as we were, a little disappointed.
