Hotel apartado del centro. Nos tocó habitación con puerta comunicante a otra habitación y si supiéramos cingalés os podríamos contar todas las conversaciones que tuvieron, lo que cantaron o discutieron. Sólo una sábana sobre la cama, no había manta. Sale un olor muy desagradable del desagüe de la ducha.

Heaven Seven is heavenly and beautiful in the early morning. so nice with noisy birds and makes your day so great and relaxes your mind, Really amazing view from the room. pay a bit more and get # 212 friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of food.

A very good hotel . One of our family members h6ad cold .The chef prepared pepper Rasam on request .a big thumps up to the Chef. A room heater was provided . The staff was very courteous . They served the food in our room . Except the items for breakfast on one day ( we stayed 2 Days)everything else was good . They also packed us breakfast for the train ride . This especially compared to the one which stayed in Kandy (another group) was really good, though the Kandy hotel is rated well ( 4 )stars)on all websites but that one(Kandy) was horrible ( no responses , no hot water)

A very good Hotel for its Price. The location is close to the town and to the part. Have Plenty of parking for vehicles. But Food prices might be High compared to other hotels. Rooms are very clean and staff is very Friendly. Best place for this price range. Hope to visit again. Cheers.

We stayed at Heaven Seven while on a trip to Nuwara Eliya recently. The hotel was located a short distance away from the park and garden in Nuwara Eliya. The check in experience was good, the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious with a bed enough for two adults and a child. However, the room should have had heating facilities as Nuwara Eliya is a hill station. The breakfast spread was limited but adequate. The a-la-carte and room service menus were decent with some good options. The food portions were large. The check out experience was smooth as well. I would recommend this hotel to people visiting Nuwara Eliya. As most people visiting the hill station do not spend a lot of time in the room, this is a good hotel for such people. Definitely not for honeymooners though ;) but great for families.

Stay away from this hotel - it has mould in the rooms, the bed sheets are thin and old - poor wifi and the service is very average. The location is also not the best. We were so disappointed we packed up and moved hotels - so pleased we did.

A nice hotel up the hill in this mountain town, with nice views over the lake and surroundings. Quiet and not very lively. Rooms are large and spacious, although a bit impersonal. The only real problem is the restaurant : the decor is minimalist and cold, like a mountain canteen. The food is unremarkable, if not bad.

Good Hotel in a amazing place on a mountainhill. Very nice room. We went for two days with the train to Ella and returned after that back to this Hotel. The manager of this Hotel offered us to let our car at the Hotel in their custody. Mr Farhan Farouk, thank you for this!!! We very much enjoyed our time and stay at your hotel. It is recommendable to everyone who visits Nuwara Ellya. Hugo

Very helpful people. When taking the train to Ella and returning three days later, we could leave the car at the hotel and they checked it for us. Simple, but effective breakfast and a nice view out the window.
