Good ya

Stayed 3D2N over a long weekend with our boy. Clean and comfortable hotel. Connected to big shopping mall with some shops, eatery and play venues. Easy to spend a leisure day. However due to PH and the location, very very hard to call taxi because there’s simply no driver. Better drive yourself if you wanna stay here. Free parking at the open car park. Recommend this hotel 👍

Our experience at Sunway Box Hotel was nothing short of superb. We made a sudden booking after our original accommodation fell through, which left us quite upset. However, from the moment we arrived, Sunway Box Hotel turned things around. The staff made our stay truly special and helped us forget all about the earlier disappointment. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay and are grateful for the warm hospitality and comfortable environment. Highly recommended!

Staff was friendly as usual, lobby was clean and comfortable. They even prepare a surprise cake and decoration for my wife birthday

A wonderful place with everything you need for a fun and simply trip! Pool, food, attractions all around the area! Love it!

The Lobby is looks nice and smells good the moment you step into the hotel. All the staff will also greet you when you step in. I feel small actions like this will provide guat a very good stay experience. Will definitely come here to stay again. 2nd time staying here with Family. Great amenities, food and place to shop is nearby.

Staff are friendly, parking is free, and the overall environment is safe and welcoming. Breakfast is decent, though the pool can get crowded and the room service menu is limited. A great choice for families looking for comfort and convenience in Johor.

Our 1st stay with Sunway Big Box. Checked in late at 11pm+ and was given a complimentary upgrade to Deluxe Family King. Room was spacious with a super king bed (can sleep up to 3 adults) and a queen bed.. Bed was firm and pillow is feather soft to medium kind. Overall room was clean but carpet near bed area needs some deep clean. Bathroom was very pleasant n clean. Shower gel and shampoo have nice scent. Breakfast was decent for a short stay. Complimentary glass bottle water n refillable metal bottle with water dispenser at lift lobby. Complimentary soft drinks and packet drinks in mini bar fridge. Location is good if you want to go via Tuas and Legoland Area. Short drive and walkable to X Park. Overall value for money for thr price i paid

Check in was fast and efficient. Room was clean and size was good. Morning breakfast buffet lacked variety. Will not hesitate to book hotel again! Thank you.

The hotel is fairly new and the breakfast is good. I like the swimming pool and the location is great there are many restaurants downstairs and supermarket as well. The sofa bed is big enough for my kids to sleep

Probably it is march school holiday, high occupancy and not enough staff, it took 4hrs for staff to bring me bedsheet, pillow and blanket. It is also very strange that I paid for 3 adults breakfast but the sofa bed cannot be made to a proper bed without a daily charge. Overall ok to stay for Legoland
