An extraordinary experience, hotel is managing in best standards, starting with amazing people, and with all single service. Reception, hospitality, restaurant, lobby, cleaning services on top quality. Customer care, and detailed focused. Amazing space, clean and well organized, fantastic pools, and sun bada area. Delicious food, great animations with ****n. Can’t imagine better place for rest and joy. It was my one of a greatest hospitality experiences ever. Well done. ☀️✨

Amazing hotell! We had been travelling around Madagascar and spent our last days at Royal Beach which felt like a paradise on a luxury hotel! Amazing surroundings, above expectations friendly management and staff, clean and very comfortable pool and beach area. It was simple to get around and the hotel was gladly helping us to arrange tours (which we also highly recommend) by the hotel. Food was also above expectations with a varied meny and very serving staff at the restaurant. All in all, a very good vibe at a very nice hotell. We have been travelling much around and I would definately come back to this place and recommend it to my friends! Thank you for making our vacation its best! Kind regards, Birgitte and Jonas

An outstanding resort, in a Tropical dreamland such as Nosy Be, Madagascar. Tropical well kept and preserved environment, nice buildings: modern and functional but at the same time not too impacting on landscape and local style. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, prompt and polite staff, good food and very nice and relaxing spa and pools. Friendly animation and plenty of excursion possibility, very easy and quick to organize and enjoy, bringing you to lots amazing paradises all around resort, in a 1h radius by motorboat or car. Added value of fascinating sunsets on the beach at any given day! Only (small) problems: - although supposed to be available over entire resort, wi-fi is working decently only next to reception; everywhere else is weak and frequently down; - an ATM inside the resort would be useful.

100 would stay here again . Amazing food . Nice beach and beach chairs . Everything you need to relax . And they help book any tour you need .

The little paradise , after an unfortunate flight to the Seychelles - very bad meteo diverted to madagaskar . Stress fatigue and gruelling administration . When we arrived we were met personally by Mr Antonio . Director of the hotel . With his engaging personality, his understanding and his sincere desire to offer us stranded travellers a nice holiday he went to extremes. As a polyglot, he understands the art of receiving people. Highly recommended hotel. Beautiful modern rooms and spotless clean. Hidden gem!

Siamo state in vacanza a nosy be per una settimana con le mie amiche. Il resort ci ha offerto un'esperienza superlativa: una combinazione perfetta fra lusso, benessere e location paradisiaca. La struttura è eccezionale, molto curata nell'arredamento e nella pulizia, ma il punto forte rimane decisamente lo staff. In primissimo luogo il pazientissimo e iper disponibile capo animazione Bob, insieme al suo staff di ottimi animatori e compagni di avventura, perciò grazie a Cristopher, Giudicia, Clarisse, Hana, ****n e Samira. A seguire i miei complimenti allo Chef, il cibo ha superato ogni genere di aspettativa, purtroppo non conosciamo il nome dello chef ma lo ringraziamo immensamente. Lo staff di sala ci ha coccolate tutta la settimana un ringraziamento speciale al maitre Filberto ed al suo staff in particolare ad Abdellah, Rodolphe per le sue super Omelette e Attoya che ci ha eccolto tutte le mattine a colazione col sorriso. Consigliamo vivamente un soggiorno al royal beach!

Sono stata in Resort per una settimana con le mie amiche. Il resort ci ha offerto un'esperienza superlativa: una combinazione perfetta fra lusso, benessere e location paradisiaca. Per quanto la struttura sia eccezionale, molto curata nell'arredamento e nella pulizia; l'opinione condivisa fra le mie amiche è che il punto forte sia stato decisamente lo staff. Non solo rispetto, discrezione e cordialità ma a fare la differenza è stata l'attenzione che ci è stata riservata durante tutto il soggiorno per ogni aspetto: cibo, burocrazia, supporto medico quando ce n'è stato bisogno e intrattenimento. In modo particolare vorrei cogliere l'occasione di questa recensione per menzionare alcuni membri dello staff che troverete in struttura e che porteranno un importante valore aggiunto alla vostra vacanza qualora sceglieste il Royal Beach Resort. In primissimo luogo il pazientissimo e iper disponibile capo animazione Bob, insieme al suo staff, da cui si evince un'attenta selezione. Ragazzi sono stati degli ottimi animatori e compagni di avventura, per questo vorrei ringraziarli tutti: Cristopher, Giudicia, Clarisse, Hana, ****n e Samira. (speriamo di rivedervi presto!) A seguire i miei complimenti allo Chef, il cibo ha superato ogni genere di aspettativa, purtroppo non conosciamo il nome dello chef ma lo ringraziamo immensamente. Lo staff di sala ci ha coccolate tutta la settimana un ringraziamento speciale al maitre Filberto ed al suo staff in particolare ad Abdellah, Rodolphe per le sue super Omelette e Attoya che ci ha occolto tutte le mattine a colazione con un sorriso radioso. Il bar vicino alla piscina è un tocco di classe che abbiamo molto apprezzato e personalmente mi è rimasta impressa la stravolgente simpatia dei tre baristi Michel, Justin e Patricio! Tanto silenzioso quanto discreto il direttore della struttura, che oltre ad essere molto paziente ed accogliente, è stato molto attento nei nostri confronti. Fun fact del nostro direttore: il giorno della partenza ha avuto la premura di farci chiamare in camera per paura che non ci svegliassimo in tempo! Gesto molto apprezzato! Che siate una coppia in luna di miele, un gruppo di amici o una famiglia vi stra consiglio questa struttura. Non ve ne pentirete!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines extraordinaires dans ce charmant hôtel à taille humaine où tout le personnel était au petit soin avec notre famille. Un grand merci aux 6 animateurs Samira, Bob, Christopher, Claris, Arsène et Judicia. Pour leur gentillesse, amabilité ainsi que pour les activités proposées aussi bien pour les adultes que pour nos enfants de 5 et 8 ans. (Beach volley, foot, Aqua gym, réveil musculaire, canoë, mini club ! Etc). Côté restauration, nous nous sommes régalés avec un all inclusive à la carte d’excellente qualité. (Merci à nos serveurs du matin au soir Y. et A. pour leur bienveillance et professionnalisme). Chose rarissime dans les all inclusive, le vin était très bon. La plage est magnifique avec du sable fin et un incroyable corail à observer au masque tuba juste en face de l’hôtel. Enfin, de belles chaises de plage en bois se fondant dans le paysage étaient à notre disposition. La suite donnant sur la mer était spacieuse, joliment meublée et propre. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et y retournerions sans hésitation.
