El Hotel Bueno, bien la limpieza, el personal muy amable, la ubicación mala, muy lejos de Nordersted centro. El desayuno bueno, he cenado algunas noches en el restaurante del hotel y es muy caro, y la comida normalita.

The check-in process was too long. And then when we got to our room, we Americans were not familiar with the ‘key in the slot for full electrical services.’ It would have been more professional to have been told that before going to our room.

We booked this hotel because of dogs allowed. The location is perfect for transit. The have an underground parkinglot, nice staff, a nice comfortable room. A very delicious buffet dinner and a good breakfast. I would go there again!

Very pleasant. We were on roadtrip on our way to Denmark, and stayed for one night. Dinner in the hotel restaiurant was really delicious and service was excellent, also special attention to kids. Breakfast was also great, good quality and variety for different preferences in the family. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were very pleased.

This hotel is in a community outside of Hamburg. It is older and quaint. It was one of our favorites during our Germany trip due to the general atmosphere. Our room was good and on the main floor which we liked. The food was very good and you have the option to eat in the garden.

After day of traveling we were happy to finally reach our hotel - how appreciative we were of the efficiency friendliness of check in staff - our room was clean n comfortable - towels white sheets crisp pillows plump - the breakfast was exceptional - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel

In the US, many Best Western Hotels are holder and not well maintained. They are budget friendly, but not my first choice for a hotel. I was surprised to see Best Western as one of the hotels booked for our tour group. Upon arrival, I was very pleasantly surprised by the country atmosphere, the appearance of the hotel, and the excellent food that was offered. We dined here for dinner and also breakfast. Food choices were excellent and tasty too. Food was fresh and well prepared. We were able to sleep with our window open and were greeted by birdsong in the morning. Our room overlooked a garden of wildflowers and was absolutely delightful.

The photos on the site are misleading, the room i was given 'standard queen' was tiny and nothing like the photos shown for that room grade, even tho the room was booked as a single person I would have thought the room would have been provided with a double quilt, instead I was greeted with a single pillow and a single quilt placed on top of the bed.
Think dust found on top and behind the TV, also HDMI connections didn't work so was unable to use the TV as a screen for my laptop.
There is only one English speaking channel, showing only stocks and shares 24/7 so be warned international channels doesn't cover British/USA channels.
The bathroom is so small you are unable to enter the bathroom and close the door to use the bathroom without having to enter the shower.
I was only staying 2 nights so didn't see the point in complaining.
Don't be fooled by the photos of the sauna, it doesn't exist in the hotel anymore.
Pictures must have been taken a while ago, the hotel seems tired, in need of a revamp, plaster fallen off the wall in places,
Food was ok for the breakfast tho again doesn't look as good as the photos implied.
