Heart stealing scenery , amazing hotel , romantic get away from busy city . Next to nongsa terminal not far away . Massage was so so so good , best in Batam forget her name but I tip her a lot . Room 205 client . The food cannot make it , it’s been years they never improve food . All the others is great . Except their chef is not good . Food is so bad . I have to be honest but u can eat outside the hotel . No grab food is allow .

Resort is really a distance from the town. Had to travel ard 35min on the road and road was busy. Resort is super big thus, we had to take mini van or buggy to our Apartment every time from the lobby or vice versa. Grab food delivery is not allowed. Apartment is spacious but can be better maintained. Overall experience is still considered pleasant.

A pleasant 4 day 3 night stay, sister hotel to Turi Beach Resort with less stairs to climb. The feel was a lot more cozy and quiet, however got more busy over the weekend with locals also using the facilities. There is only one restaurant which is used for breakfast, other than that not much food options. No spa as well, guests would have to walk via the connecting beach/bridge to Turi instead for a massage and other restaurants. However, the staff were all friendly and conversant in English and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The room was clean and furnished nicely, and we appreciated the effort made by housekeeping staff in celebration of our anniversary. Breakfast had a decent selection, however many houseflies around the sliced fruits, hams and bread area which I would avoid. Cheese also left unrefrigerated and smelled like it went off. Otherwise cooked and covered foods were delicious. Keep up the great work Nongsa Point team!

Above average: beautiful scenery and sunset dinner
They will fetch you from the ferry terminal to the resort. Upon arrival, they serve you a welcome drink and a tower as well before check-in.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room is quite clean, but if you stay on the ground floor, please be careful of the ants. Room cleaning is acceptable.
The breakfast set is pathetic. Don’t expect buffet style. But the dinner at Sea Bay was more than expected.
* The room facing the sea is amazing. This is a marina, so there are not so many beach activities, but you can enjoy water sports activities at nearby Turi Beach, which is just a 5-minute walking distance.
Overall, it's a nice place to chill out and take photographs for those who want to stay away from the city peacefully.

The staffs were very nice and even free upgrade for me to a 3 bedrooms. The furnitures and toilets are very old. Perhaps the management can consider to do minor renovation to the chalet and change all the furnitures. I was kind of disappointed because one of the water heater is not working and the walls and floor has mould.

The place is quiet and relaxing , a walk in the seaside in the morning is quite refreshing. Breakfast is okay a lot of choices in buffet . Hopefully the swimming pool will be open until 10pm because night swimming for me is a must.

It was fine, but our friends had a lot of feedback on ala carte food that we ordered in the restaurant especially the pizza. the buffet was fine. and i think it just so happened that they are fully booked that time and it was really a crowded Friday night. but the rest are okay.
