호텔도 깨끗하고 인테리어도 멋있습니다. 직원분들도 친절하셔서 기분이 좋고 편안하게 머물다 갑니다. 다음에 오게되면 또 방문할 예정입니다.

Ks sạch, giá cả rất tốt. Nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Gần đó rất nhiều quán ăn và cafe đẹp. Ra biển cũng rất gần.

房間乾淨很好

The bed and pillows were comfy, and the room modern and clean. Air conditioning was good. The walk to the beach was not too bad. The staff were very helpful and friendly. N'a pas aimé · The bar on the 5th floor seems abandoned, but maybe this is to do with the season not being high season, but there was no atmosphere here, and the sun is gone at the pool by 12:30 every day due tot he shadow of the building itself. Outside of the rooms, there was no air conditioning turned on in the hotel, so the corridors and especially the entrance lobby/reception were very hot and humid which was a bit unusual for Vietnam and uncomfortable at times. This surely isn't ideal for the staff to be working in either. Finally, the booking says that the hotel provides 149,000 VND to be used int he hotel, but on arrival, the manager explained that this is actually credit to buy soup and noodles for one person in some café close by. We didn't bother with this, as we were two people, and thought it could be a small credit to use in the hotel bar/shop, but it wasn't - This is quite pointless, and the credit would be much more useful if it was to be used within the hotel to buy drinks etc (which is how it was described).

Super friendly staff and very nice rooms made for a delightful stay. The hotel manager was a gracious and friendly host with an excellent reception staff. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located near the beach and other attractions.

Very modern styled hotel in a slightly gritty part of Nha Trang. Walk down to the very close beach area in 5- 10 minutes. Large breakfast room with expansive buffet providing some Western choices, along with a plethora of local dishes. Small but lovely pool with lounge chairs in a water deck area that provides a sweet respite from heat and city life. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

Stayed here three nights during a small group tour. The hotel is modern and well-located. However, there were some shortcomings. After I stayed in my room until midmorning, I tried to request maid service, but language issues or something made my two requests go unanswered. I had our Vietnamese guide talk to them for the third attempt, and they finally came two+ hours later. I asked them just to clean the bathroom, and they did that poorly. The air-con system is hard to master, and at one point, I called the desk about it, and they said that they had to turn it back on down there, which they did immediately. The walk-in shower floor was so slippery that I asked for a rubber mat, but they didn't have one. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Room was a bit spartan, nothing on the walls. Only a thin comforter on the bed, but that seems common in Vietnam.

I unfortunately needed antibiotics on Chinese new year and the owner of this hotel personally drove me around the city until we found an open pharmacy Great customer service, great english, great rooms,, great location - I’d certainly stay here again
