Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. Everything was good. Location, swimming pool, breakfast.
Except 2 things.
First. You can check in not earlier than 2 pm. We came there at 7 am, because we had a night plane. We wanted to have a rest, but reception workers told, that it's impossible to check in earlier than 2 pm....
Second. Air conditioning in the room worked unstable. I tried to call the reception workers, but the line was busy all the time. So, I went there by myself, the worker came after 10 minutes. But he didn't fix anything. He just gave me advice to take out and put in back electric card. Seems like they need to fix some electrical problems, but they don't want or think that it's not a big problem.
And the third thing. A lot of Chinese people. And they are very noisy and loud. In the reception hall, in the hotel's restaurant, in the elevator. I felt myself look like in the street market. Totally impolite behaviour.
Will I stay here next time? Probably not. Too noisy!!
And fix air conditioning system, please. 25-th floor. So, another people will enjoy staying at your hotel more.

Estamos alojando en este hotel,reservado ayer después de haber escapado del otro mal hotel donde estaba(y estaba en 5 estrellas) Debo decir honestamente uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado en mi viaje a Vietnam. El hotel debe ser nuevo,camera moderna,limpa,espacial y con un bello balcón que aparece en la ciudad(También hay habitaciones vista al mar). piscina al 21o piso,dos ascensores y no es de subestimación cuando un hotel está lleno. Personal muy amable, siempre sonriente y joven como en todo Vietnam. Servicio de cambio de euros y dólares en dólares vietnamitas (el mejor tipo encontrado en 15 días) He equivocado y hecho dos reservas y ellos se preocuparon por arreglar las cosas con aguda y Booking sin el menor problema. La ciudad es muy bonita y gracias a ellos nuestra estancia no se ha destruido, de hecho,como sería que estuviéramos en el otro hotel. Situación maravillosa,en pleno centro pero silencioso incluso con ventana abierta,servicio de alquiler de motores justo delante. Sólo nota negativa La desayuno no exactamente en los estándares europeos(mantienen dulces). Como siempre el personal sabe hacer la diferencia, estos chicos nos han hecho sentir bien aconsejando y reservando para nosotros lo que pedimos. Hoteles muy por encima de los estándares vistos sin contar L excelente precio. Gracias de corazón a todo el personal, usted ha confirmado la magnífica hospitalidad vietnamita. We spend 4 days in Nha Trang photo-shooting our wedding album. The hotel greet us with a warm welcome. We had a wonderful time in here: the space and view are nice, the food taste great. I love the sky lounge for its view (there is a swimming pool here as well) I heard from the staff that this hotel is still in soft-opening period. I look forward to revisit it once it officially opened

It's a very nice resort but very isolated from the rest of the world. If you travel alone it's a boring place.
I definitely don't recommend it for traveling alone.
Everything in the resort closes early and the options for night life are nonexistent. Definitely not a place for people who like to go out and party at night. Ways of transportation inside the island made it feel a bit like prison. There was no chance to walk and travel the island on your own.

Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

The food was wonderful and my compliments to the chief! All the waitering staff on our holiday was first class! I highly recommend was such an amazing experience!

UUsuario anónimoLa vista de este hotel es realmente atractiva. El cielo azul y el mar de la pristina forman un retraso notable que me encantó. La piscina infinita, en particular, ofrece un perfecto entorno para las posibilidades de fotos únicas. Además, la cercanía a la vibrante calle de la comida marina a sólo cinco minutos es un verdadero placer, ofreciendo la oportunidad de saborear la deliciosa comida marina local de Nha Trang.
No obstante, debo señalar algunas áreas que podrían ser útiles para mejorar. Adquirir un servicio de coches Grab durante la cena se ha demostrado ser un desafío debido a la escasez de vehículos en la zona. Además, los servicios del hotel dejaron algo que deseable. A pesar de que el desayuno fue anunciado como un complimentario, se sirvió constantemente frío.
La estructura de precios del hotel también fue decepcionante. Además, la calidad de las instalaciones era subyacente, con elementos frágiles fácilmente dañados, que podrían dar lugar a cargas inesperadas.
Una palabra de cautelado garantiza que tiene suficiente efectivo en mano, ya que se requiere un depósito de $3M VND al ingresar.
La cama y el ambiente de la habitación contribuyeron a una estancia agradable para mí y mi compañero.

El resort está, por supuesto, lejos del centro, pero fue agradable tener buenas instalaciones en el resort ~

Se divide en cuatro en Handong, y es vulnerable a la insularidad sonora.

LLisaLEste hotel es perfecto - bastante. En la playa, espaciosa habitación, gran baño, piscina al aire libre, sala de gimnasio/trabajo, bar/restaurante, personal super útil. No podría haber pedido más.
La ubicación es perfecta para otros bares, cafés y restaurantes.
También hay muy poca comodidad y tiendas de recuerdos en la zona.
I'll definitely be back to Nha Trang and Star City will be top of my list for accommodation.

UUsuario invitadoThe WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

Aunque el hotel es una calle de la playa es sólo un corto paseo para llegar allí. La habitación era increíble, una verdadera 5 Estrella en mi opinión. El hotel dispone de una habitación con baño privado, una habitación con baño privado, una ducha grande y una cabeza de ducha. La piscina de la altura del techo con un bar y una fantástica vista a Nha Trang. Las instalaciones de gimnasio también están disponibles. El desayuno fue sorprendente con una gran variedad de comidas. El personal del restaurante era muy agradable y siempre aseguró que se le estaba buscando. La zona de recepción era muy clásica y esta fue replicada por el servicio clásico del personal en la recepción con una mención especial a Ninh y Tien. En el hotel de Nha Trang, el hotel de Nha Trang fue el ganador de muchas maneras.

Volveré aquí en el futuro. El hotel sirve piscina BBQ con vistas al frente de la playa y el aire libre. El evento del congreso de drones en Nha Trang Festival 2023 es un lugar agradable.

Creo que la habitación ha sido renovada en los últimos años, pero el aire acondicionado no funciona, y me reemplazé dos veces. Creo que el tamaño de la habitación no coincide con la función del aire acondicionado. Veo a otros huéspedes quejando en la recepción. Considerando el precio, la comida es decepcionante. Hay especies de frutas, especies de yogur, especies de verduras, pero sólo es de huevos de huevo, así que creo que si hay dos más alimentos, es mejor 〰️.
