Hoteles cerca del Yan Zi Lake, Nueva Taipéi

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

Tomó mi hijo y esposa de 8 meses para un estancia, lo que realmente estamos aquí para es la piscina infinita 32F.Reservamos el hotel para 2 noches, El tiempo para estos últimos tres días está por encima de 24degreeC.However, la piscina está congelando frío! Pensamos que el hotel como esto utilizará agua caliente, en lugar del contrario. El hotel no ofrece piscinas calientes, es agua helada! A mediodía, hay cerca de 30 grados C de agua fuera de la habitación demasiado baja! Nadie puede usar piscinas, ni los adultos pueden soportar temperaturas más que niños. Si es porque la piscina quiere reservar una habitación, sugiere que vuelva a reservar el verano. No hay posibilidad de usar la piscina fuera del verano, no se recomienda! Y porque con niños empujar un coche para bebés, sólo hay un coche para subir al techo, y esperar el tiempo de la coche es muy largo. (Creo que los empleados están muy fríos, no se pueden dar las bienvenidas a los huéspedes)

La habitación es espaciosa y limpia. La habitación y el baño están separados. El personal es amable y útil. Llegamos tarde a las 5 pm y se recomendó que tuviéramos comida en el restaurante del edificio siguiente, que eran especiales y deliciosos. La distancia a la estación de tren es de 10 a 13 minutos, lo que es razonable. También hemos probado las sandwiches y el desayuno de café abajo antes de la salida. ¡Nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía 4 noches allí!

Great stay. Very new. Helpful staff. Free parking. Felt like it was better than Grand Hyatt at a better price point. We ended up liking it so much we stayed there for 2wks! Perfect location too, next to very large mall with lots of food and indoor playground for kid.

Although the hotel is located a little far from the main attraction/shopping areas in Taipei, it was still really easy to get around as the train station is just right below the hotel so it was vey convenient. The gym facilities are top notch, they have many equipments. Hotel room is also spacious and clean. The breakfast variety however can be improved, the food is not as impressive and the dining area is quite small. They also do not offer room service. For the price it is very worth it, i would definitely stay in this hotel again if i return to Taipei!

我最近在承億文旅（新北淡水吹風）入住，整體體驗相當不錯。首先，飯店的衛生程度讓我感到非常滿意，房間保持得很乾淨，讓人感到舒適。位置方面，飯店位於淡水，周圍環境優美，方便前往各大景點，特別適合喜愛散步的情侶。服務方面，工作人員熱情友好，隨時準備提供幫助，讓我覺得受到了良好的款待。雖然設施方面還有一些提升的空間，但總體來說，這次的住宿經驗是愉快的。如果你正在尋找一個適合情侶的住宿地點，承億文旅絕對是一個值得考慮的選擇！

Tenía que salir del coche y caminar por unos 10 minutos, y había varias escaleras, así que tuve que llevar mi bolsa. Las habitaciones estaban relativamente limpias y reservamos 3 habitaciones para 6 personas, así que tuvimos la casa completa Se utilizó exclusivamente. La calle Jiufen no era demasiado lejana y conveniente. Sin embargo, cuando se reservaba, se dijo que el desayuno se le ofrecía por una tarifa. De hecho, recibí una respuesta que no se le había entregado a Corona 19. El hotel es el único hotel que no se sirvió para el desayuno debido a Corona 19 durante un viaje 9-day. Y así fui a la tienda de conveniencia al final de la calle comercial de Jiufen y compré una taza de nodillo para el desayuno. En cualquier caso, tuve un agradable viaje muy cerca de la calle Jiufen.
