Have been to Taipei many times and previously been staying near Taipei main station. It was my first stay around Banqiao and first at this hotel. While definitely not as convenient a location relative to the main station, it was still quite a short MRT ride to popular tourist spots like ximending. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was also nice and not crowded. All in all an excellent hotel that i would recommend and likely book when i visit Taipei again.

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

The location was very convenient for my business meetings. The big mall closeby had many good restaurants. However, there was some insect in my room, and the A/C in the bar and in the breakfast area was extremely cold, so I was afraid I would get a cold. Service was very good however, we got help in arranging a car and the information about the insect issue was followed up on.

La noche duerme siempre con un sonido extraño, la televisión ocasionalmente produce un sonido extraño, el papel higiénico no tiene un aislamiento (no se siente reemplazado) muy bueno, la cama doble está equipada con camas dobles para dos camas individuales. La higiene es buena, no hay cepillos de caballo, los dientes son buenos (el pelo es suave).

Enjoyed the stay here, the staffs are friendly and patiently introduced everything. The lounge bar is awesome with fabulous design. The river view in my room is awesome. Recommended to have more choice for room service.

Great option in Taipei! Loved breakfast and coffee/snacks available during the day. The lobby/balcony area was nice to hangout. Location is a bit out of the way from main sights - but everything in Taipei is far away, so we were actually close to the metro to connect and also used buses, which were great too - so it worked fine!

WiFi occasionally stopped working at night that affected my and remote work streaming experience. And the equipment inside bathtub seemed to be not fully functional. (The sign said the tub had Massaging function but turned out it was replaced with another new tub, so the massage function was the old one)

Great place to spend a weekend vacation around northern Taiwan, however, be aware that due to the fact it's a beachfront hotel, you might find some small sand getting caught into your bedroom, during a windy day, even though the hotel staff will do its best to keep things as clean as possible from their end. Two good food places, one Western café and one Cantonese restaurant to satisfy our appetite during our weekend stay over there.

렌트카를 이용해서 쉽게 갔습니다. 버스로 이용하실분들은 힘드실것 같아요. 주차 무료였고. 조식 훌륭했고. 온천 매우매우 훌륭했습니다 가격이 넘 저렴하게 느껴졌어요. 1박 이용했고 젤 저렴한방 이용했습니다. 체크인당일 저녁 온천이용. 다음날아침 조식후 온천을 이용하여서 방안의 욕조는 쓸일이 거의 없었습니다. 온천이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 한번더 갈것 같습니다. 온천에 로션 향수등 비치되어 있었는데 향수가 무려 메종프란시스커정이었어요. 인테리어도 정말 맘에 들고 호텔도 깨끗했습니다

Good Time was a wonderful bed and breakfast, just a 5 minute walk from old street. There were some stairs required to get to the hotel, but the walk was short. The owners were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
