Gran experiencia. Las sábanas estaban un poco polvorientas, pero el hotel estaba limpio y era cómodo.

The hotel is great but the cost of the room was extremely high. I visit this hotel occasionally and I've never had any complaints until now. I understand there was an event happening the weekend I stayed but the amount of money I paid for the stay should have gotten me all the services offered by the hotel. The valet parking was unavailable which caused a problem for me due to some health conditions. However, the overall stay was good.

Room was clean and and on point the staff was a gem the location was golden walking distance for everything this hotel was out of this world cant say enough we will stay there again may20,2022. This was my view from my room

Huge sprawling property designed to ensure one got totally lost a few times. Too much walking for us seniors. But it's gorgeous and well set up for lounging in the bar and restaurant. The food is a hot mess. Poor quality and overpriced....needs a serious overhaul.

We reserved a Superior Suite for an Anniversay trip. The hotel could not find our reservation when we arrived. The front desk person takes my drivers license and then disappears for 30 minutes. Upon her return, she advised they do not have the suite we PAID for and reserveid however she could put us in another suite with a living room. She tired to give us a room with two queens beds and then a SECOND room down the hall for a living room. I explained this was unacceptable as living room and bedroom needed to be connected to each other. After an hour of waiting, she finally get her manager. The manager advised they would refund us $400 for the suite and we would just have a normal room with two queen beds. We have still not received the $400 refund. Bedding was HORRIBLE. Bring your own pillows. The elevator was broken on the first floor. All guests had to haul their own luggage up three flights of stairs to get the the elevators on the 3rd floor. No bellhops were available when we were checking in however I will add they were available when we checked out and did a great job. The elevators were borken during our entire stay. (30 floor hotel)
The decor of the hotel was great! The bar and restaurant was good. Location was excellent!! Our experience was good other than check in, the lack of comfort with the bedding and being scammed to pay for a $650 suite and given a normal room with no refund

This hotel was immaculate! By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My wife and I were very impressed. The staff was EXCELLENT!!! The view from our room was incredible. The food from the restaurants and bars inside are great with great service. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. We went across the street to the Saints game and they check your bags and keep your car parked for FREE until after the game. I’ll most definitely be back.

Hyatt Regency hotel that did not provide the “regency” level accommodations or service. We have stayed in many Hyatt Regency’s through the years and this property did not provide the service or the amenities we expected.
Room was very basic with no toiletries provided- ie,lotion, q tips, cotton balls. Only dispensers of products in shower. Shower water pressure was minimal at best.
Concierge clearly did not have any influence or information regarding good restaurants in the city. We knew more than she did. Taylor was nice but not knowledgeable
TV in room was not able to work with certain channels due to ongoing dispute with cable company in area. There was no communication about this in the room (no letter from GM).
We had to call the engineer to pair the TV with our phone to be able to watch football.
Hair dryer was broken-I texted the front desk for a new one to be sent up multiple times. I was told it would be sent up. Did not receive it for 24 hours and only when I went to the front desk and complained.
Overall, for the price we paid, this hotel did not meet our expectations and we would not stay here in the future.

I love staying here when I come into town.Absolutely beautiful inside and out. great views, amazing restaurants and bars. If I could change anything it would be putting a microwave in the room.
