The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

Eliwen voló a Estambul, y había llegado a Capadosia en un autobús de nueve horas. Zeynep estaba esperando por la puerta, no nos contactó con antelación, sólo envió un mensaje de pedido, esperando a un residente que no se había encontrado hasta la noche, bueno para mí viajar solo. No me gusta hacer planes. Zeynep me ayudó a conocer el momento específico de la balón de calor, la TV, la ruta de paseo y el autobús de regreso. Zeynep me preguntó dónde iba a ir más tarde? Dije que, si quiere ir al mar, no le resulta difícil el obstáculo al idioma, la traducción y la escritura de manos le recomiendan que la ciudad y el lugar que piensa que son buenos. ¿Life, like a .....encounter?

Uçhisarın en güzel lokasyonlarından birinde bulunan otel manzarası ile bizi bizden aldı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ayaklarımızın altında adeta peribacası denizi var ve sabah otelimizden balonları çok rahat izledik 🙏☺️ Fatih bey ve eşi çok cana yakın yardım sever bizi otelde değil de sanki evimizde gibi hissettirdiler .

La mejor experiencia que pudimos tener fue llegar a este maravilloso hotel, nos sentimos como en casa, es hermoso!!! Demasiado amables, serviciales, las instalaciones impecables, las habitaciones amplias y hay habitaciones para familias grandes, en mi caso éramos 5 y nos dieron una habitación con 2 ambientes… el baño impecables y mantenido… los desayunos abundantes y deliciosos.. el personal siempre atento a nuestras solicitudes.. mi esposo sufre de dolores fuertes de cabeza y se encargaron de buscarle el medicamento inmediatamente… No se les escapó ni un detalle… volveríamos sin pensarlo, la experiencia es de repetir.. gracias a la gran familia de Rupestral house por hacernos sentir como en casa.. recomendado 100%

Situación perfecta en el centro de Göreme. Nos hemos quedado 3 días y alquilado un coche no hemos disfrutar de las excursiones que propone el hotel. Desde la terraza común se pueden ver los mongolfieres a las primeras horas de la mañana, y si quieren tener una mejor vista, sólo 7 minutos a pie se puede llegar al ”punto de montaje del sol”.

La ubicación también es muy buena, está en un pueblo, hay muchos restaurantes y hoteles a pocos minutos andando. El gerente y el personal del hotel son muy acogedores y puedes pedirles ayuda si necesitas algo. Parece que este hotel no tiene habitaciones dobles, todas tienen dos camas individuales grandes, que son bastante cómodas para dormir. Falta un poco de aislamiento acústico, si alguien abre o cierra la puerta del pasillo, lo oirás. Si te importa, puedes traer tapones para los oídos. El desayuno incluirá un plato, té y frutas. Divertirse:)

La calle donde se encuentra el hotel está justo frente a la estación de autobuses que es muy conveniente si quiere viajar a otras ciudades cerca de Göreme en autobús o tomar un taxi de la estación. Además, los restaurantes y agencias de viajes están a pocos minutos a pie del hotel. El hotel está situado en una zona de apartamentos, con nuevas instalaciones y un diseño agradable. El hotel dispone de 2 terrazas con vistas a las montañas de Göreme o a la calle. Amigo. El precio de la estancia es adecuado para el estancia en el hotel.

LA HABITACION ERA SENCILLA Y FUNCIONAL. LO BUENO ES QUE ESTA CERCA DE TODO. LLEGAMOS ANTES DE TIEMPO AL HOTEL Y NO HABIA NADIE PARA ATENDERNOS. ESPERAMOS UNOS 20 MINUTOS HASTA QUE ALGUIEN LLEGÓ. NOSOTROS LLEGAMOS EN EL PRIMER VUELO DE LA MAÑANA SOBRE LAS 6:AM Y NO PUDIMOS HACER EL CHECK IN HASTA LAS 11 AM. AL HACER EL CHECK IN, EL SR QUE NOS ATENDIO QUERIA VENDERNOS LOS PAQUETES DE EXCURSIONES ANTES DE DARNOS LA HABITACION. LE DIJIMOS QUE NOS LO PENSABAMOS CON EL CAFE. ATENDIÓ A LAS PERSONAS QUE VENIAN DETRAS NUESTRO Y A ÉSTAS, LES DIO UNA HABITACION ANTES QUE A NOSOTROS POR EL SIMPLE HECHO DE CONTRATAR TOURS CON ELLOS. EL PERSONAL EN GENERAL HABLABA INGLES, PERO CON DIFICULTAD. POR LO DEMAS, ES UNA HABITACION SIMPLE Y FUNCIONAL. LA TARIFA INCLUIA DESAYUNO PERO POCA VARIEDAD. NOTA: PARA LOS QUE OS DESPERTAIS CON UN RAYO DE LUZ, LAS CORTINAS OPACAS NO CUBREN LA TOTALIDAD Y ENTRA MUCHA LUZ.
