LA HABITACION ERA SENCILLA Y FUNCIONAL. LO BUENO ES QUE ESTA CERCA DE TODO.
LLEGAMOS ANTES DE TIEMPO AL HOTEL Y NO HABIA NADIE PARA ATENDERNOS. ESPERAMOS UNOS 20 MINUTOS HASTA QUE ALGUIEN LLEGÓ. NOSOTROS LLEGAMOS EN EL PRIMER VUELO DE LA MAÑANA SOBRE LAS 6:AM Y NO PUDIMOS HACER EL CHECK IN HASTA LAS 11 AM.
AL HACER EL CHECK IN, EL SR QUE NOS ATENDIO QUERIA VENDERNOS LOS PAQUETES DE EXCURSIONES ANTES DE DARNOS LA HABITACION. LE DIJIMOS QUE NOS LO PENSABAMOS CON EL CAFE. ATENDIÓ A LAS PERSONAS QUE VENIAN DETRAS NUESTRO Y A ÉSTAS, LES DIO UNA HABITACION ANTES QUE A NOSOTROS POR EL SIMPLE HECHO DE CONTRATAR TOURS CON ELLOS.
EL PERSONAL EN GENERAL HABLABA INGLES, PERO CON DIFICULTAD.
POR LO DEMAS, ES UNA HABITACION SIMPLE Y FUNCIONAL. LA TARIFA INCLUIA DESAYUNO PERO POCA VARIEDAD.
NOTA: PARA LOS QUE OS DESPERTAIS CON UN RAYO DE LUZ, LAS CORTINAS OPACAS NO CUBREN LA TOTALIDAD Y ENTRA MUCHA LUZ.

Instalaciones: en general muy antipáticas, la hora de salida es muy temprana
Higiene: General es realmente muy general
Entorno: Puedes desayunar con vista en la terraza del tercer piso, pero solo puedes desayunar a las 8:30
Servicio: Muy insatisfecho, la recepcionista de la recepción no es confiable, pretende entender y engañar el tiempo de vuelo del globo aerostático. Cancelar el tiempo retrasa nuestra mejor oportunidad de ver el globo aerostático.

El desayuno muy buen gusto. Pero si quieres ir allí, asegúrate de que el globo aerostático vuele. No nos guste hoy muy mal día porque desde hace 3 días el globo no vuela.

The room, bathroom is clean and smells fresh. It has windows so the fresh air came in ❤️
Breakfast is various, most important it’s delicious! Madam and her kids cooked it herself 🥰 feels like home
The location is near to everywhere, to supermarket and cafes and to balloon ride places.
The hotel itself has open rooftop which we can see the hot air balloon every morning, beautiful!
I’m really impressed with the staff/owner, they’re really polite and kind to us foreigners 🥰
Thank you for your service.
Hope we can back to your hotel someday ❤️
