Excellent location in the heart of the main area of Chiaia. Excellent room with modern facilities and very comfortable bed. Toiletries and mini bar in room. Excellent service from check in to check out. Excellent breakfast served by the attentive host

We had a great stay at Skyhouse Chiaia! There is a small elevator, equiped for 3 people. The room was clean, towels are replaced every two days, sheets every 3 days. The shower has multiple options. We had a balcony with a nice streetview, without any noise. The facility has a few rooms and is private and quiet, very nice to relax after a busy day of sightseeing in Naples, which is a vibrant city. The breakfast is very nice (Italian coffee and cappuccino, hot chocolate, boiled eggs, cheese, meat, cake, muffins, cupcake, toast, nutella, jam, crackers, milk, fruit juice, fresh fruits etc). The host, Giuseppe, is very helpfull and present in the morning. If you have any questions, he can be reached by whatsapp (he recommended a good restaurant and we found a breakfast at our room as we needed to leave very early to the airport, great service!). Giuseppe speaks Italian, but we could communicate well and used google translate for specific requests, as we don't speak Italian. The location of Skyhouse Chiaia is amazing; a nice, vibrant street with shops, and the Via Toledo (big brands) is very near. We often went to Quartieri Spagnoli, right behind the Skyhouse, vibrant and good restaurants! Also, the public transport is near (10 minute walk), as is the sea (nice view) and multipe sights. We would definately book Skyhouse Chiaia again!

B&B meraviglioso e pulitissimo. La posizione è eccellente , in pieno centro, attaccato a piazza del plebiscito ,con una colazione ottima e ricca ,con delle torte di pasticceria squisite. Personale gentilissimo, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza... ogni volta che vengo a Napoli a skyhouse chiaia , ho la conferma che è il miglior b&b della città.

Situé au troisième étage (accès via ascenseur moyennant une petite rangée de marches) et composé de 5 chambres, skyhouse chiaia est le lieu idéal pour visiter Naples et sa région. Les chambres donnent sur une rue piétonne calme le soir, un peu plus animée le matin (ramassage des poubelles, nettoyage de la rue, ...). Le petit déjeuner est sympathique (toasts bien sûr mais aussi muffins, pâtisseries, fruits, ...) et est servi entre 8h et 9h30. Les serviettes sont changées tous les deux jours et les draps tous les trois jours. La situation est idéale, près du terminal de ferrys pour accéder aux îles, pas loin du métro, du funiculaire pour monter sur la colline du Vomero, tout près du quartier espagnol, de la via Toledo très commerçante, de la promenade du bord de mer, ... Vraiment une superbe adresse !

Zona consigliata da conoscenti e scelta azzeccata. Struttura molto curata nei minimi dettagli. Ambienti tutti puliti, da quelli comuni, alle camere. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Molto confortevole. Appena si entra, già si percepisce un'atmosfera piacevole, ordinatissima e sempre profumata. Primo viaggio a Napoli. Dovessi ritornare sicuramente da riprovare. Voto 10 3 lode.

Situato in zona strategica in base ai miei impegni, il B&B si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo storico. Pulito, curato, è stata un ottima soluzione. Alcuni dettagli gli avrebbero fatto meritare la quinta stella. Peccato L’assenza del bidet nel Bagno. Comunque consigliato. Peccato

Pulizia struttura gentilezza servizio, veramente al top! Assolutamente soddisfatto eravamo con amici e siamo rimasti soddisfatti! In zona centralissima a due passi da piazza del Plebiscito. La consiglio veramente non rimarrete delusi

Centralissimo, tranquillo pulito.. gentilezza e cortesia.. camere spaziose tutte con balcone rivolto su via chiaia.. bagno con doccia e luce azzurra che ti fa sembrare bella sempre.. mi spiace fargli troppa pubblicità perché nn vorrei trovare tutto occupato la prossima volta🥰😜

Ottima location, centralissima , ben arredata e pulitissima. Ho soggiornato con mia sorella , palazzo meraviglioso e personale gentilissimo . Comodo il letto , silenziose le stanze . Da tornarci alla prox occasione .ascensore per arrivare al piano
