位置很好，周圍逛街很方便，吃飯也很多，酒店房間很小，晚上很安靜，有熱水壺是加分項

Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. La chambre est joliment décorée, mais la salle de bain est un peu étroite. L'avantage de l'hôtel est son emplacement en centre-ville.

En pleno centro peatonal de Nantes, se encuentra este establecimiento, que en tiempos fue el HOTEL PARIS de Nantes. Con un precioso estilo art decó, el establecimiento cuenta con todos los servicios, excepto el de parking, lo que hace verdaderamente un problema acceder al hotel desde un vehículo particular, ya que al estar en una zona totalmente peatonalizada, hay que transportar las maletas y se hace verdaderamente problemático. El ascensor que lleva a las habitaciones es muy pequeño y el desayudo, de corte muy francés, ofrecía poca variedad de opciones, que en un hotel de su nivel se debería revisar. Por lo demás, un establecimiento cómodo, muy bien aislado y en pleno centro de la ciudad. Algo importante a destacar.

Perfect stay! I discovered this place for a business trip. Well located and quiet hotel, tasteful decoration. Perfect breakfast, beautiful baguette and pastries. The team is very nice. I would love to come back next time :)

Worst hotel experience ever! My wife and I were traveling by bicycle and the hotel assured us that a parking garage nearby would accept the bikes. This was not the case and the "front desk" staff would do absolutely nothing to assist us. We had no choice but to leave and seek accommodation elsewhere. We ended up staying nearby at the OKKO hotel which was fantastic. I will avoid Mercure Hotels in the future.

First impressions are vital Unfortunately, the reception area is disappointing because there is no official reception area, it seems the breakfast area is also the reception area No sense of authority here much to my displeasure. Our room was comfortable, small, internet okay but no tea/ coffee supplied although you could pay for it down in breakfast area which I thought was a bit mean!. However, most disappointing of all, is the bleak uninspiring black walls in the room,, Gave our room quite a depressing atmosphere. Service was not great. No towels one day until we asked. The good news is that the location is excellent and the bed is soft.They allowed us to store our luggage for a couple of hours. Much appreciated! Also, Nantes is a great place for a visit

This hotel is in a fabulous location. Bars, restaurants and shops all nearby. However the staff are not of the same quality. Our room had a bath but the plug did not work and so the water just drained out as fast as it came out of the taps. The device on the side of the bath was broken and thus the plug was useless. I mentioned to the girl on reception that there was a problem with the bath and it needed fixing. She told me she would get it fixed. Nobody arrived to fix it that day so I explained the situation to another girl the following day. Again nothing happened. Both girls were not interested and ghisvreflects very poorly on the hotel and the Mercure group in general.

A super hotel, bar staff and room service could be so much better. We had a lovely stay but the room service girls were awful, they cursed at me in French, I'm from Ireland but speak French and I understood what she said to me in her vulgar french accent. Appalling behaviour.
