Review: This hotel is a hidden gem! The price-to-quality ratio is one of the best I've ever found. The rooms were spotless and very well-maintained. Its location is ideal for travelers—very close to a subway station and surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants. The staff were wonderful; they were so nice and helped us with everything we asked for, including finding a local swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

It was a great place to have our in-laws stay here while visiting us in nanjing! They said they had a very pleasant stay and was very organized. Also very close to the street market and restaurants so it was easy for them to grab breakfast and also go on walks nearby in the area.

A bit too much noise through the walls in the evening and early morning - I believe this was from doors being shut that need slow closing mechanisms to prevent the slamming. UUsuario invitadoEs mi primera vez que me alojo aquí. El hotel ha sido recientemente renovado y debería haber sido inaugurado hace unos años. Hay una entrada de metro abajo. Es muy conveniente ir a la estación de tren sur de Nanjing en solo 2 paradas de metro. También hay una tarjeta del equipo del salón ejecutivo. Consideraré quedarme aquí nuevamente en el futuro.

LLingrushi房間很有特色，古風的裝飾很喜歡。小木屋小朋友沒住過超新鮮。我們還有一個小院子，還能自己在院子裏燒烤。天太熱了沒有烤，等秋天涼快了可以再約。小火車是小朋友們的最愛，一定要坐坐，從草叢、樹林、荷塘中穿過，都説好像走進了宮崎駿的動畫裏。夜晚的泳池趴也很棒，還近距離感受非遺文化看了打鐵花，孩子們都很贊歎，真是一次愉快的旅程。

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed at Atour for 3 nights, and while the bed and pillows were very comfortable—which we absolutely loved—the overall experience was unfortunately below expectations, especially compared to other Atour hotels we’ve stayed at.
The hotel is located in a very popular tourist area, which means there are crowds everywhere. I believe this also contributed to the staff looking visibly exhausted. We arrived at the official check-in time, but our room wasn’t ready because the previous guest had a late checkout benefit from their membership. To make up for it, the hotel upgraded us to a higher-tier room for the first night. However, we had to switch back to our originally booked room the next day, which was inconvenient and troublesome.
Both rooms were located in the annexe building across the street from the main hotel. The upgraded room was only one floor above the original one, with minimal difference other than being slightly bigger. We specifically booked a room with a river view, but to our surprise, tourists standing on the nearby bridge could look directly into our room — we verified this by checking the view from the bridge ourselves.
What disappointed us the most was the cleanliness. Our first room was very dusty, with sand and dirt on the floor, and the toilet walls had visible stains. Since we were staying just one night and were exhausted from traveling, we didn’t raise the issue. However, when speaking to the front desk about switching rooms the next day, I clearly requested that the next room be cleaned properly. Unfortunately, the second room was of similar condition, if not worse. The pillowcases were stained with black and yellow marks, and we had to request new ones late at night after returning from a long day out.
What makes this more surprising is that Atour is known for its great service, including the free laundry service where staff wash and return your clothes the next morning. This branch did not provide that service at all. Breakfast was also subpar and not worth topping up for.
Overall, this was the least enjoyable Atour experience we’ve had. The comfortable bed and pillows were the only highlights. We hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and service consistency to match the standards of other Atour locations.

UUsuario invitadoOur trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June.
1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great.
I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette.
2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by.
3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people.
4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' .
5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming.
All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

SsgsoloVino para el matrimonio de un amigo. Es un hotel de decoración interesante, sobre la parte superior y gaudy pero serio. Creo que merecen puntos para intentar. Me divirtió mucho. El lugar es enorme y sus halles fueron impresionantes. habitación-sásta, muy decente, cama confortable, La KTV no existe y debería cambiar el signo, nuestro partido estaba muy decepcionado de que no existiera KTV a pesar de la señal. Aquí está el hotel, pero no me gusta el hotel.

66682****Fui a Nanjing para hacer turismo y comer durante los últimos días de las vacaciones del Festival de Primavera y elegí quedarme aquí. El estacionamiento subterráneo es gratuito para los huéspedes del hotel y su matrícula se ingresa directamente en el sistema al momento del check-in, pudiendo entrar y salir en cualquier momento durante su estadía. El hotel está en la intersección de Guangzhou Road y Shanghai Road. Hay entre 4 y 5 estaciones de carga lenta en el terreno, pero solo busqué estaciones de carga rápida en un radio de 3 kilómetros. Las estaciones de carga en el piso B2 de Ai Shang Tiandi son buenas, limpias y económicas. No está lejos del hotel y junto a él se encuentra la nueva celebridad de Internet de Nanjing, Deji Plaza. Estoy muy satisfecho con la habitación del hotel. Mi hijo se baña todos los días después de jugar. Hay un pequeño televisor frente a la bañera para que pueda ver el partido mientras se baña. La sala de estudio también es muy grande. Traje mi tarea pero no la hice, así que se convirtió en la mesa para tomar té y comer comida para llevar. Stayed for 2 nights but had issues with the air con. I can read Chinese , adjusted the thermostat to 17deg, cool , at both manual and automatic settings but they remained a constant 23-24deg which was quite warm for us.
Noise
The cars in Nanjing will honk the entire day (and I mean it) , it's very different from Shanghai. Front of the hotel is a 1 way street and cars are always honking from day to late night as there will always be someone who decides to stop their vehicle... , so if you have a room facing the road like we did (and we were on one if the highest level), that might be a deal breaker
Gym
Well equipped. Don't think it belongs to the hotel and it's unmanned at the reception. Anyone from the public can take a lift up and enter . I hope th e hotel considers installing a card scanner, only allowing guests to enter.
Breakfast
Large variety but serving local style breakfast. So if you are after bacon, scrambled eggs etc..this is not for you .

The hotel is near Dongliu Station, but you need to walk about 3 blocks (15 minutes). The walk is flat, but in July and August it can get very hot, so bring an umbrella. The area is quiet and feels isolated. Although the hotel is not far from Nanjing University Xianlin Campus, there is no direct train, you need to change lines and make an awkward turn. Shared bikes (Hello blue bikes) are convenient in Xianlin, but not around this hotel. A good option is to take the B3 shuttle bus from Sanyang Road, which goes to Nanjing University train station (walking distance to NJU). Around the hotel, you will find small eateries (like chicken and duck rice shops) and a few convenience stores, but no malls.
Cleanliness
The rooms are clean, but there is a smoke smell that stays for about a day. The staff suggested opening the window and using the aircon, but I also bought a reed diffuser from Miniso to make it smell fresher. Bedsheets were changed regularly (every 5 days). The toilet slippers looked dirty, so I did not use them. Also, the hotel does not provide floor towels.
Staff & Service
The staff were very kind and helpful. They upgraded me to a bigger double room with a sofa and work area, and also gave me a cheaper rate since I stayed for 40 nights. Cleaning staff came daily, bringing bottled water and keeping the toilet clean. The night-shift counter staff were also helpful.
Facilities
There is a washing machine that can wash and dry in one cycle. Do not overload it, or clothes won’t dry properly. Since the hotel is not very busy, I could use the machine anytime without queuing. Rooms have a hair dryer and a lighted mirror. The aircon makes a small dripping sound, but it is not a real problem.
Noise
The soundproofing is generally okay, but occasionally you can hear people talking loudly if there are guests next door. It’s not the hotel’s fault—just that people in China often speak very loudly, even inside their rooms or in the corridor. Nothing much you can do about it.
Surroundings & Safety
The area is safe, with big roads and many residential apartments. In the evenings, families with kids and dogs walk around, and I also jogged nearby. Food delivery is easy drivers can bring food to your room or the counter.
Overall
It is a quiet and safe place to stay, with helpful staff and decent facilities. The location is not very convenient for NJU Xianlin Campus, but manageable if you use the shuttle bus.
