UUsuario invitadoEs mi primera vez que me alojo aquí. El hotel ha sido recientemente renovado y debería haber sido inaugurado hace unos años. Hay una entrada de metro abajo. Es muy conveniente ir a la estación de tren sur de Nanjing en solo 2 paradas de metro. También hay una tarjeta del equipo del salón ejecutivo. Consideraré quedarme aquí nuevamente en el futuro.

LLuan YeeI am not very pleased with my stay at this hotel. While walking along the corridor to my room, I noticed a smell that was musty and the corridor was heavily deodorised.
When I used the toilet for the first time, it choked and I had to call the reception to send the someone to clear the toilet bowl. The manager Ying Yue told me that I must not throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl but instead throw it into the dust bin that was beside the toilet bowl. I was flabbergasted because throwing the toilet paper into the dust bin would mean that the toilet would smell of faeces and urine. Now I understand why the corridor has a musty smell and why it must be deodorised to cover the smell.
She said that all hotels in Nanjing had this plumbing problem. I asked her why wasn't there a notice in the toilet to tell guests what to do with the toilet paper after using it. She replied that all local guests know they are not supposed to throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl and it is the local Nanjing toilet culture.
She also mentioned that the toilet paper Atour provided is extra thick and is not soluble, so that's another reason not to throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl.
However, she was nice enough to accompany me to the convenience store next door and paid for two packets of ordinary tissue paper.
Another issue I had was the supper provided. It said from 9:30 pm to 11 pm. When we went there on the first night of our stay at 9:40 pm, the rice porridge and millet porridge were totally cold and the 3 types of buns were randomly thrown into two steaming baskets, all mixed up and cold. I asked the young staff why wasn't the buns heated. He couldn't answer. The food didn't look enough to last till 11 pm. On the last night, we went for supper again at 9:30 pm sharp. Both the rice and millet porridge were just lukewarm and I asked the two young staff why wasn't the porridge heated. One of them told me that old and young guests do not like hot porridge. This must be the most absurb statement I have heard about porridge. I think Atour should be more siincere about the supper it offers.
Except for the two young staff at the restaurant, all the other reception staff and cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful.

EElenaI stayed at the hotel for one night on a business trip. The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of the city, but its standard is excellent. Spacious clean rooms with good repair, excellent bathroom. There is a refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee - everything that business travelers need. Comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning is quite good. I will stay here again.

SsgsoloVino para el matrimonio de un amigo. Es un hotel de decoración interesante, sobre la parte superior y gaudy pero serio. Creo que merecen puntos para intentar. Me divirtió mucho. El lugar es enorme y sus halles fueron impresionantes. habitación-sásta, muy decente, cama confortable, La KTV no existe y debería cambiar el signo, nuestro partido estaba muy decepcionado de que no existiera KTV a pesar de la señal. Aquí está el hotel, pero no me gusta el hotel.

66682****Fui a Nanjing para hacer turismo y comer durante los últimos días de las vacaciones del Festival de Primavera y elegí quedarme aquí. El estacionamiento subterráneo es gratuito para los huéspedes del hotel y su matrícula se ingresa directamente en el sistema al momento del check-in, pudiendo entrar y salir en cualquier momento durante su estadía. El hotel está en la intersección de Guangzhou Road y Shanghai Road. Hay entre 4 y 5 estaciones de carga lenta en el terreno, pero solo busqué estaciones de carga rápida en un radio de 3 kilómetros. Las estaciones de carga en el piso B2 de Ai Shang Tiandi son buenas, limpias y económicas. No está lejos del hotel y junto a él se encuentra la nueva celebridad de Internet de Nanjing, Deji Plaza. The hotel is near Dongliu Station, but you need to walk about 3 blocks (15 minutes). The walk is flat, but in July and August it can get very hot, so bring an umbrella. The area is quiet and feels isolated. Although the hotel is not far from Nanjing University Xianlin Campus, there is no direct train, you need to change lines and make an awkward turn. Shared bikes (Hello blue bikes) are convenient in Xianlin, but not around this hotel. A good option is to take the B3 shuttle bus from Sanyang Road, which goes to Nanjing University train station (walking distance to NJU). Around the hotel, you will find small eateries (like chicken and duck rice shops) and a few convenience stores, but no malls.
Cleanliness
The rooms are clean, but there is a smoke smell that stays for about a day. The staff suggested opening the window and using the aircon, but I also bought a reed diffuser from Miniso to make it smell fresher. Bedsheets were changed regularly (every 5 days). The toilet slippers looked dirty, so I did not use them. Also, the hotel does not provide floor towels.
Staff & Service
The staff were very kind and helpful. They upgraded me to a bigger double room with a sofa and work area, and also gave me a cheaper rate since I stayed for 40 nights. Cleaning staff came daily, bringing bottled water and keeping the toilet clean. The night-shift counter staff were also helpful.
Facilities
There is a washing machine that can wash and dry in one cycle. Do not overload it, or clothes won’t dry properly. Since the hotel is not very busy, I could use the machine anytime without queuing. Rooms have a hair dryer and a lighted mirror. The aircon makes a small dripping sound, but it is not a real problem.
Noise
The soundproofing is generally okay, but occasionally you can hear people talking loudly if there are guests next door. It’s not the hotel’s fault—just that people in China often speak very loudly, even inside their rooms or in the corridor. Nothing much you can do about it.
Surroundings & Safety
The area is safe, with big roads and many residential apartments. In the evenings, families with kids and dogs walk around, and I also jogged nearby. Food delivery is easy drivers can bring food to your room or the counter.
Overall
It is a quiet and safe place to stay, with helpful staff and decent facilities. The location is not very convenient for NJU Xianlin Campus, but manageable if you use the shuttle bus.
