Zana - A Luxury Escape, Dhikuli, Jim Corbett

A new plush property opened in Jim Corbett in the Dhikala region (one of the most popular and buzzing areas in Ramnagar), Zana offers classy rooms, an expansive green cover area, excellent food, and special experiences that you can take at an added cost. I am staying here currently for 2 nights and 3 days, and the hotel is going an extra mile for everything they’re offering. The rooms are amazing, I have a private fireplace and patio in my room, the food is great, and it’s also not very far from the safari areas. They arranged a safari for me and the driver and guide were very professional. I was travelling with my toddler and the meals and stay for him were a breeze. The only plus a parent needs while travelling! One miss was that the hotel doesn’t have a baby chair which was a slight discomfort for the meal time, but after my feedback they’ll get that soon!! The hotel has just opened so it’s going through a teething stage where some parts like the spa are still under construction, there are a few misses and delays in the support assistance when you dial for assistance, but overall the property is great and in my opinion it will become one of the elite and favoured properties in Jim Corbett gradually. Mr Om, the hotel ***ager, was very kind throughout with all the needs and the staff too was very good.

Very courteous & prompt staff; kudos to Sambodh & Sanjana in the restaurant attending to us. Thanks to Om, hotel ***ager, in making our stay comfortable. Good hotel location, clean linen, good hotel ambience I am sure the property will do well in the coming time.

I was very reluctant on booking the property but it turned out to be a great blessing in disguise. The resort was very very new, almost too new for my liking. Even the photos online were stock images. But when I reached there the entire experience was really smooth. From check in to check out. No waiting anywhere. They're still setting up the pace but it looked like they had been doing this since long. I dining the chef himself was out and serving food.. And extremely rare sight but extraordinary. Mr. Subodh from the wait staff was always there with helping us in the smallest of de***ds. The rooms are good, clean and built nice. Couple of suggestions - The Swimming Pool water needs to be cleared and I think for the price we're paying the room needs a bathtub. Otherwise everything wS top notch.

Operations ***ager Mr. Om Siddh was very welcoming and provided all the support to make our stay comfortable. F & B services were incredible. Chef Avinash Handoo gave personal attention to the needs of the guest and the quality,presentation and variety of the food was extremelygood. F & B team Mr. Subodh, Mr. ***deep and Mr. Mohit made our dining experience at the restaurant very enjoyable. Their friendly approach towards us made us feel special. And Lastly the house keeping dept. Especially Mr. Mahendra and Mr. Dharmas were always on toes to provide timely services and the handwritten note for us made us feel special. Thank you Team Zana for a memorable experience.

Good stay at Zana corbett. The property is beautiful and the rooms are aesthetically designed. Staff is very helpful. Food is really good!! Just one of the things they can work on is their pet policy. Being a pet friendly property, keeping the pet restricted to just a room wasn’t very comfortable as it defeats the idea of coming with your pet for a vacation. But overall, a good experience.

have small feedback for your zana resort in jim corbett where i recently stayed on 24th of march 2024. Some issues i wanted to share here & hopefully you will take some quick actions as i had not a very good experience . 1) No ***power in restaurants & hotel as you people opened it one month prior according to me I had faced lots of issues in terms of restaurant and other things too No doubt your property is luxurious but people Go to resorts on vacation for there mental peace and some quality time with there family. Worst time was when there is no Room Dine in options in your room intercom phone. For every small thing i need assist with front desk person. Your ***agement is good and cooperative but there are also disturbed as there had shortage of facilities and *** power. They tried there best In every possible way Mr Arora on what basis you opened it so early For example - I ordered food at 8 pm and i got my food at 9.30 pm it was 90 minutes delayed . There was no warn water in geyser for one day due to some fault. Likewise wifi issues and ***y more problems not me ***y customers faced over there So i want to ask you one simple question Would you reimburse my 40k for 2 days ? As i have seen you worked in good 5 stars properties so pls compare your hotel to ( THE OBEROI / THE LEELA etc ) Let’s see how to gonna close this and revert me without any lame excuses. Kindly improve your impression as i had worst experience , my expectations did not meet Pls work out on my co****sation and boost some credibility & trust / positive feedback from customers.
