Cortiina was a lovely central hotel in Munich. It did have a more boutique feel and was catered as such.
We had a suite that had a queen bed and 2 single beds for our teenager sons: the sleeping space was separate, but the space for the boys was quite tight. The living room is large and spacious but the furniture is old and in bad need of updating.
We had breakfast included in our room and there was a wide selection of food available.
The hotel has a very well equipped gym, providing water and towels.
It is a couple of blocks walk to Marienplatz and Old Town.
There are only a couple of things I would mention: the hotel is not all in one block, so you may have to exit the main block to have a different entrance to your room. I would also like to self laundering facilities, as it does lend itself to a longer stay.
Front desk organised a pick up transfer to the airport for a fee.
All in all very happy with the hotel.

Excellent hotel & an outstanding location. There are a plethora of bars n restaurants within a 5-7 min walk. The staff make the place - Florian and Marco were exceptional.

Can’t say enough about the property and staff at the Cortina. Attentive to our needs, rooms were roomy, quiet and spotless. The hotel is centrally located, short walks to the Marienplatz, the iconic Hofbrau Brewhouse or the many cafes and restaurants close by.
Our 7 night stay happened during opening weekend of Oktoberfest yet the property manages to stay relatively quiet and just around the corner from the craziness. A real gem, we’ll be back for sure.
