Hi friends , I came to Mumbai for business visit , stayed three days and during initials hrs of stay I felt property is old and so many thoughts came in my mind like I would have booked some other hotel . But later whatever I felt has gone reverse !! Rooms and beds were good and fresh, Hospitality was awesome , from Manager to the last guy all were kind and helpful. Next day morning Me with my colleague was stuck up in the hotel due to heavy rain all across Mumbai, n all cabs were cancelling the trip n we were helpless n later I just approached Mr. Harish for help, the hotel manager within no time he arranged the transport facility n we reached the venue on time . Food is awesome both veg n non veg , and ambiance is good . Mainly this is located at prime location n easy for commute.Half n he journey from Airport. It was a happy trip.

También me fui al hotel en २५.१२.२०२३ , ६ horas antes y pidió al ***ager si puede considerar darme un descuento considerando que no había desayuno gratis ni restaurante tampoco . No se ha mostrado tan generoso y parecía indiferente y no ansioso por ayudar.

si tratta di un albergo a due stelle pertanto le aspettative non potevano essere troppo alte per quanto riguarda l’arredo dell’albergo e delle stanze che sono in effetti molto squallidi. Mai una colazione è stata tanto misera e triste; se anche avessimo voluto integrarla pagando non avremmo potuto ordinare neanche un succo di frutta industriale perché non era disponibile. tuttavia ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata la scortesia dello staff; mai in un mese trascorso in tante diverse regioni di questo paese abbiamo sperimentato una tale maleducazione e ***canza di rispetto verso il cliente, così lontani dal concetto tipico di accoglienza indiana. Il nostro tour operator ha erroneamente prenotato una notte anziché due, così ci siamo trovati sbattuti fuori dalla camera la mattina del nostro ultimo giorno, proprio quello della ripartenza. senza la minima traccia di panico io ho pensato ad un misunderstanding con il nostro operatore e ho cercato con lui la soluzione nel modo più pacifico possibile, ossia integrando il pagamento per una seconda notte. il proprietario, con una ***canza assoluta di savoir faire ha soltanto urlato come un vero pazzo fin dal primo istante senza nessuna ragione e invece di dirci un semplice e accettabile “mi dispiace, purtroppo non abbiamo altre camere disponibili”, ha continuato a urlare e sembrava divertito. Un’esperienza di sgarbatezza gratuita. Non esiste un motivo per cui scegliere di venire in questo albergo it is a two-star hotel therefore expectations could not be too high as regards the furnishings of the hotel and the rooms which are in fact very shabby. Never has a breakfast been so miserable and sad; even if we had wanted to integrate it by paying we could not have ordered even an industrial fruit juice because it was not available. however what struck us the most was the rudeness of the staff; never in a month spent in so ***y different regions of this country have we experienced such rudeness and lack of respect towards the customer, so far from the typical concept of Indian hospitality. Our tour operator mistakenly booked one night instead of two, so we found ourselves kicked out of the room on the morning of our last day, the very day of departure. without the slightest trace of panic, I thought of a misunderstanding with our operator and sought the solution with him in the most peaceful way possible, that is, integrating the payment for a second night. the owner, with an absolute lack of savoir faire just yelled like a ****** from the very first moment for no reason and instead of telling us a simple and acceptable ”I'm sorry, unfortunately we have no other rooms available”, he continued to yell and seemed amused. A free rudeness experience. There is no reason to choose to come to this hotel

Everything about the hotel speaks of great organization. The room was compact, bordering on small, but had all necessary facilities. A beverage station and complimentary snacks, functioning AC, fan, comfy bed, good storage, superb lighting, good shower and running hot water. The large window helped fill the room with natural light. The breakfast spread was amazing in terms of taste, quality and variety - a veritable feast! . The terrace setting was very nice too. The lounge area near the reception was lovely and there were sweet oranges placed in a bowl for use by the customers. The black board at the lounge area announced free snacks at the terrace for a limited time in the evening. Consider the location and cost and it is obvious that this hotel punches way above its weight.

When a guest stays for such a long period of time, it is quite natural to come across hotel employees who make the guests' stay comfortable on a day to day basis. They talk to the guests about their well-being, the places to visit in the city, restaurants and markets to explore and about the life in general. It is for this reason that I would like to make a special mention of attentive,kind and professional employees such as Mr. Pradeep (Restaurant), Mr. Rohit Kumar (House Keeping), Mr. Sharad (Restaurant) and Mr. Sachin (Marketing) for making my stay at “The Shalimar Hotel” a memorable experience. I hope that I would be received with the same enthusiasm and warmth when I go there next time. It is for this reason that I would like to recommend “The Shalimar Hotel” for a comfortable as well as a pleasant stay to all my friends, relatives and family members. Hotel is very clean and staff are courteous and friendly. Food is overall good. I had my clients from a group tour staying in the hotel and the whole process was very smooth and a big contribution was through the Sumit Gavde, Swati Shivhare, Nitish Avhad, Peenal, Faizan, Parth, Deepali who was very helpful Good service, relished the food. Rooms are clean and bed is also big and cozy. This hotel is very well maintained. Hassle free stay. Would recommend

I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

A really dependable hotel within close proximity to Mumbai Airport. Great rooms and a superb buffet restaurant. The executive lounge is excellent and the staff friendly. I’ve stayed here many a time and it never disappoints. WiFi and air conditioning are perfect. Check out can be a little slow so allow extra time. If you book a executive room it comes with airport transfer but you are not always told this. In short. A great hotel with a great restaurant.
