The hotel's location was satisfactory, with Chinese and Japanese restaurants just around the corner. Cleanliness was acceptable. In terms of location, it was quite convenient as it is very close to the city center. Considering the price, it was reasonable.

Positives - Good parking allocated. close to majority of eateries. King size bed with good form and comfortable. Love the cozy corner at the lobby for a quiet chill time reading from a good selection of books displayed . Friendly staff. I would stay at Bei again
Good service - After our feedback on quality of towels, we were given slightly better quality ones including bed linens , which is well appreciated.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Bathroom and toilet are great. restaurants and groceries shop are within walking distance. The frontdesk are very friendly. Definitely one of the best hotel in Muar.

One of the better hotels you could find in Muar. Room Services could have been improved such as air ventilation (room full of cigarette smell) and also to provide clean towels and bed sheets.

The staff were helpful and friendly. When we asked them to help us call one of the retailers because we left our purse behind, the staff were happy to help.
Location is ok. Near to some good eateries. I had challenge with the room 502 being just opposite to the cleaning room. At 3am we can hear loud banging and woke us both on both nights. Overall cleanliness is average. Still have room to improve.

It was not clean, there were some small worms. Electric pockets wasn't work ok, AC was hardly working. Did not enjoy
