Мы жили в этом homestay две ночи. По приезду нам предложили два номера на выбор - один на втором этаже основного здания, с панорамным окном, но без собственного санузла, второй - в отдельном домике без панорамного вида, но с собственным санузлом. Так как мы были с маленьким ребенком, то мы выбрали номер с собственным санузлом, наивно полагая, что в отдельном домике будет потише. Домик этот стоит у дороги, шумоизоляция плохая, т.к. много щелей, а машины сильно газуют в горку после резкого поворота. В основном здании по вечерам хозяйка проводит шоу, после которого предлагает проживающим гостям попеть в караоке, с микрофонами и мощной колонкой... В первый вечер желающих петь не нашлось, и уже в 9 вечера звуки из основного здания закончились. А во второй вечер новая компания оказалась поющей и пьющей, и они шумели до 22:30... Так что тем кто готов участвовать в вечернем веселье - там весело, а тем кто выбирает это место ради тишины - возможно придется слушать караоке, а если спать в домике у дороги, то ещё и шум машин... Виды конечно потрясающие! Завтраки хорошие, некоторыми блюдами угощали бесплатно! но про нас почему-то часто забывали (мы пришли сами без гида, и бронировали жилье сами, а хозяева видимо уделяют основное внимание группам туристов, которых приводят туром, что в общем-то логично). Из живности были мухи, комары, мотыльки, пауки, и один огромный паук (не знаю насколько опасный, но неприятный, и спасет ли от такого паука сетка над кроватью - неизвестно).

This homestay offers amazing views of the valley and rice  terraces. The bungalows are very clean and new. The staff here is what makes the places. They are so attentive and do anything for you. Speak perfect English if you need it. The homestay is a bit of a ways down the hill, but this makes for excellent seclusion and peace. Definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a really nice experience. The room is super comfortable, and during the cold weather, having an electric blanket was a great plus to keep us warm. They also offer free water refills. The property has a restaurant where the food is incredibly tasty, with generous portions, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere to satisfy your appetite. I highly recommend staying here, outside Sapa center, to experience the tranquility of a calm little village. It’s also worth mentioning that there are plenty of places nearby to eat, drink, and visit bakeries.

Best place to stay if you want a calm and chill trip after spending days in the city. The place is 20-30 minutes away from central Sapa, which is just enough distance if you want to go there. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. You can also climb down the main street and find local shops and restaurants. They are far better than the ones in the center as they offer cheaper prices and more authentic local feel. I highly recommend this place! I’ll be sure to stay in this place again as well in the future!

This home stay is located next to Ta Van village, about 8 kms outside Sa Pa town. Here you can get a glimpse of local family life. Accommodation is basic (don’t expect any luxury or heating) in dorms and private rooms. However, the service by the family is heart warming. It has a great terrace with sweeping views over the valley and with clear weather on the peak of mount Fansipan. Unfortunately the entire house lacks any comfortable chairs. (After a walk you want to hang around in something comfy…)…Matresses are firm too; for me too hard….The house is located on a small hill and is reached by 500mts steep road. If your bag is super heavy; ask for help. All and all a good place to spend a couple of days.

Trip was worth it. Would go back again! Realized it’s best to go here if you’re a solo-traveler, with a bestfriend, or with your significant other. Food was great, energy was amazing! Host was perfect. You just have to be home before sundown bc of the road on the way to the homestay. If you wish to enjoy the nightlife in Sapa, this is not the place to go bc the road going to the homestay is dangerous at night. Other than that, it was truly perfect!

Pensé que sería más pequeño de lo que parece, pero no lo fue en absoluto y estaba limpio. Planeaba ver otros pueblos, pero como estaba a la vuelta, no tuve que salir por separado y tuve más tiempo para quedarme en el alojamiento, lo cual fue genial 😄 De camino, todo parecía un bungalow, pero me preocupaba si realmente me estaba quedando en un lugar así... ¡Fue curioso que incluso incluyeran el desayuno a este precio! Debe ser malo... ¿Pensé que no estaría bueno...? No había mucha variedad, pero el sabor en general era bueno. Quería probar comida vietnamita local, pero pensé que sería demasiado para comprar, pero solo pude probar algunos tipos 😋 Este es un lugar que realmente quiero mantener en privado, pero el personal del mostrador fue tan amable que sentí que debía gastar dinero, así que escribo una reseña sincera antes de ir. Ah, y la piscina era muy pequeña, así que era difícil nadar, pero podías sumergirte y jugar, ¡pero olía ligeramente a desinfectante...! Tal vez por eso no había bichos y me gustó ㅎㅎ El agua estaba muy limpia, pero estaba fría, así que no pude quedarme mucho tiempoㅠ También había muchas familias extranjeras allí.

The room was clean and the staff was a helpful little boy. The AC in room was broken so he offered to change the room for me. The view from the window was peaceful, feeling immersed in the life of the village. In the morning I was lucky enough to see a rainbow from the window. And don’t forget to play with the cat in the homestay, he usually sleeps under the chair in breakfast rooom.
