We wanted a one night stay to see the Chimaera and Olympos. The hotel was well situated for us on the edge of Çirali. Carrie was very friendly and accommodating especially because of a mistake we made when booking. The rest of the staff were pleasant and attentive. The food was excellent, both evening meal and breakfast, especially the home made jams.

I left the hotel with mixed feelings. Positive: the territory is very nicely maintained. The scenery is beautiful, the pools are cleaned on a daily basis. The beach is also clean and pleasant. Lots of coolers with drinking water, many other drinks are included, so you never stay dehydrated. The idea with the animals is brilliant. Rabbits and birds walking around really make the place special. Negative: There are many reviews praising the food in this hotel. Initially I was also impressed with the variety and lots of salads. However, I soon found that it was very salty, spicy or very sour. And when I say ”very”, I really mean it. I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights and by the end of our stay I got a stomach ache and heartburn, although I had no digestive illness before. I suppose the hotel will say that they have a diet table. Yes, they do, but this is just 2-3 dishes very plain in taste. For someone who had no prior digestive problems It would be strange to avoid the general table. It would make sense to moderate spices and salt in most of the dishes, and I assure you they would still be flavourful. We were leaving the hotel at 11 am and therefore could not have our dinner. As the airport food is overpriced and unreliable, I asked at the reception if we could come for the late breakfast and take something with us. Not only the man at the reception refused, he also added: ”I think it is gross”. Normally I am not inclined to argue over every penny, but in this case I just can't stay silent. The voucher from the hotel clearly says that guests are entitled to breakfast and dinner on the day of the departure. Your guests are going to have a hard day in travel, they are leaving before dinner and are asking politely if they could have some takeaway and you say it's gross?That's as far from hospitality as it could be and really wiped out any wish to come back to this hotel ever again.

Замечательный отель, хорошо все!!! Начиная от расположения, красивейшие горы, зелень, а море😍 это просто красота!!! Сам отель большой, зеленый. Огромная чистая территория, много локаций, мест для прогулок. Большой пляж, много шезлонгов, найти свободные-не проблема в любое время. Еда-выше всяких похвал!!! Очень вкусно, очень много, очень разнообразно. Каждый день с новой тематикой. Целый день на разных локациях, своя еда. По поводу алкоголя могу сказать только за вино, так как выпиваю только его. Очень вкусное местное вино, не болит не голова, нет никаких пятен, очень приятный вкус. Развлечения для детей и взрослых с самого утра до вечера, каждый может найти себе развлечения по душе. Бассейны, очень много, большие. Очень чистые, есть небольшой аквапарк. Мы жили в номерах в саду, они с новым ремонтом, очень чистые и тихие. В отеле понравилось абсолютно ВСЕ!!!!!

El jugo y el café por el precio del copo (y el doble de la de los demás cafés). El veredicto es: Sería normal quedarse aquí por 3 días - el desayuno no se cansa, puede vivir 3 días sin limpieza y una ducha normal. La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy fácil.

Очень все понравилось, еда отличная джелато на обед и ужин, теплый бассейн , 5 минут до моря, думаю в сезон постелят коврик для входа сам пляж насыпан серый песок но вход в воду Галька, очень понравились все ребята из баров , у бассейна есть Али который делает все известное и еще миксолог кажется Баха он просто классно пропорции того что хочешь сделает, а еще есть местный Метью Макконахи он работает на ужине в баре , все симпатичные , и бар на море открывается в 10 с вкусным кофе лучше чем на завтраке бармен называет себя Джек воробей Джонни , и тут же пекут лепешки с сыром очень вкусные всем советую если приехали когда обед закончен в 14:30, так рано а лепешкой перекусите до 16:30. Отдельное спасибо обслуживанию в ресторане в каждом зале свой менеджер все очень внимательные ,официанты наливают воду или вино , понравился русскоговорящий Илья очень милый с особенностью слуха но он классно разбирается если во все технике, и просто молодец , самый солнечный зал где готовят гриль , еда каждый день отличается основное блюдо, пирожные и десерты только обед ужин . Что с анимацией вечером не поняла , главное спать она не мешала . Отдельное спасибо девочкам с ресепшен, помогают с любой проблемой , все подскажут, языки знают разные, легко объяснят все.

El dueño del hotel, Hasan, es un dueño de una empresa que hace su trabajo con razón, nos dio la habitación que queríamos como ayudante cuando lo hizo. Las habitaciones son limpias, con desayuno buffet abierto y una piscina aparte. El perfil de los clientes del hotel es un lugar maravilloso para escuchar la cabeza porque está tranquilo. Las carencias son inexistentes, pero una buena empresa que puede ser descuidada porque hacen lo que pueden para completarla. En el bar que estaba junto a la piscina, nos ofrecieron té y café, y no tenían que hacerlo, nosotros mismos nos alegramos porque nos sentíamos sinceros. A todos le sugerimos que los que hacen su trabajo con razón, queremos que sea diferente de las otras empresas de dinero, espero que vengan a lugares mejores como empresas, y que tengan unas buenas rutas. Si le gusta la naturaleza, este hotel está en una excelente ubicación, el paisaje también es bonito, y la habitación es lo suficientemente grande. El coche es un equipamiento de habitaciones no es suficientemente completo en comparación con otros hoteles. Es sorprendente que no haya café gratis de fruta para el desayuno, que es la primera vez que he estado en miles de hoteles en todo el mundo. El hotel se reservaba para varias noches a través de Trip.com, y varias noches a través del agregador exterior. Cuando se resuelve, el hotel se refería a la reserva y hizo la cancelación de la reserva y el reembolso de pagos a través de la unidad de terceros que solicitaba el reembolso de la alojamiento en el lugar.
