Beautiful place in.middle of.the mountain, will definitely come again for next trip in Mallorca

Spent the night at Aimia whilst visiting Port de Soller during our Holiday. Great location, private parking and super friendly staff. Only 1 minute from the beach. The gym and spa was a great addition too. Would recommend to anyone.

Grande hotel! La gente era muy amable y la habitación estaba limpia. El área de estacionamiento también es lo suficientemente grande. A través de la puerta se puede ir a la playa fácilmente. Especialmente el desayuno fue grandioso! También tiene un buen camino para caminar y la zona de recepción también fue muy acogedora. Pero, desde que era un edificio antiguo, no tenían muchos cables eléctricos. Si traes muchos electrónicos, mejor trae un multi-outlet para cargar.

Un hotel maravilloso con una ubicación estupenda. Teníamos una suite con vistas a la bahía, ¡fantástico! La recepción muy amable y todo correcto. La habitación, moderna, luminosa y muy limpia. Todo el personal muy atento. Muy tranquilo por la noche, y una playa bonita pero no demasiado ancha. El servicio de habitaciones es bastante caro. Teniendo en cuenta que un robot te trae la comida y las bebidas y tienes que servirte tú mismo, debería ser más barato que en el restaurante, ya que no hay costes de personal de servicio. Pero es más caro, y considerablemente. Demasiado caro. Pero es lo único que se puede criticar. El desayuno, totalmente correcto, español e internacional.

The hotel was ideal. Room was perfect and had brilliant view. Loads if space and amenities. Staff were friendly especially reception where Cecelia was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice with plenty of variety.

The hotel is located just a short stroll down the hill to the beach and port. The reception is beautiful and the service at check in was exceptional. The room on the top floor had sensational views out to the beach beyond and through the trees. At was peaceful to sit out there both in the evening and the morning. The rooms are a little dated as other reviewers say but they are very clean and have everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom is tiny in the basic double and the shower was not the best. The rooms could do with refurbishing in line with the rest of the hotel which is modern and decorated beautifully. We opted for half board and were disappointed with the vegan options available on the buffet dinner. The chefs were very helpful in assisting us with our requirements. All we could have was rice, chips and salad. Not the greatest variety of options for vegans. The waiting staff were not great which did affect our dining experience a little. Overall the hotel is beautiful, the staff (except the waiting staff) are exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
