I actually came across this hotel while searching online for a place to stay for a few days before heading to Huanglong and Jiuzhaogou National Parks. It immediately caught my eye, and I am so glad I booked it because it completely lived up to its great reputation. It was the absolute highlight of my trip. Getting there was a breeze because the hotel arranged a pick-up and drop-off service. The front desk responded promptly whenever I had a question, which really reduced my anxiety about heading to an unfamiliar place. From the moment I walked through the doors, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Noticing it was my birthday, he kindly arranged something special for me, which was incredibly nice! That genuine warmth extended right to the restaurant staff, who were always smiling and patiently explaining the ******* dishes on the menu. The food was delicious and beautifully presented! The hotel itself is beautifully crafted in a traditional ******* style. Stepping inside, you can immediately tell how much care went into the design. The interior is full of thoughtful details, from the carved woodwork to the local textiles, and everything feels very high quality. Honestly, the whole atmosphere puts you at ease right away; it feels more like being welcomed into a warm, comfortable home. The property is perfectly situated halfway up a hillside. I loved the views of the snow-capped mountains and terraced farmland from the hotel balconies and my room windows. Looking down into the valley, you can see the village below. It is rare to find a place that perfectly nails the views, the accommodations, and the human connection all at once, but this hotel did exactly that. I will definitely come back when I visit China again.

El primer día, nuestro destino fue el monte Xuebaoding. Desde el monte Xuebaoding hasta el templo de Chuanzhu solo hay media hora (así no pasamos la mayor parte del día viajando). Al bajar de la montaña, avisamos al hotel para pedir la olla caliente de yak, y al llegar, ya estaba lista para comer. ¡Sorprendentemente, la olla caliente de yak del hotel estaba deliciosa y las verduras muy frescas! La habitación del hotel debe tener calefacción central, ya que por la noche hacía mucho calor. Además, el baño con ducha separada era muy espacioso, ¡excelente, volveré la próxima vez! Servicio: Súper bueno, con traslados gratuitos a la estación de tren de alta velocidad y al pueblo, lo cual es muy conveniente. También nos ayudaron a coordinar el transporte al monte Xuebaoding, ¡muy práctico.

❤️❤️❤️AMAZING STAY!! This place exceeded my expectations! The room was HUGE and spacious everything is so new, clean and tidy. (I loved loved the heated floor!) The view from the room was breathtaking - especially in the morning. If you are staying here definitely have your meals here. They use all local produce which was so fresh and tasty. We had lunch and dinner here. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful that they accommodated all our needs. Bonus is you can see the wild animals including long hair mountain cows and horses. Pet them at ur own risk 🤪

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was very comfortable — we booked a two-bedroom family suite: one room had two beds, and the other had one large bed. Each room had its own TV and kettle. The suite also included a separate shower room, a separate toilet, and a walk-in wardrobe. There were heated floors, which kept the entire space warm, as well as heated mattresses and a heated toilet — especially nice in cooler weather. The room also had all necessary toiletries. Overall, everything was thoughtfully designed, with spacious and very comfortable accommodation. The staff helped us organize a trip to Huanglong National Park (黄龙) — they drove us there for free and picked us up afterward. They also arranged a private trip to the ancient town of Songzhou. Additionally, we would like to highlight the hotel’s restaurant — all the food was very delicious. Special thanks to the staff: they were always available, helped us with any questions, and also arranged a transfer to the bus station on the day of departure (for an additional fee).

El desayuno es una comida sencilla de estilo chino con encurtidos caseros.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ OZZ Nice 4 – Exceptional Hospitality & Stunning Mountain Views We had a fabulous stay at Ozz Nice 4. After returning from Jiuzhaigou by bus, Bella personally came to pick us up from the drop-off point — and from that moment, she looked after us through our entire stay. She recommended a wonderful barbecue place for dinner, dropped us there herself, and even arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the railway station on our departure day so we could enjoy sightseeing without having to return to the hotel. Although the hotel is a little out of the way, the seamless transportation made it feel effortless. The rooms were large, warm, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountain ranges. Breakfast was fully Chinese but tasty and filling. Overall, a truly great stay with genuine effort put into service. The only area needing improvement is the shower plumbing, which could use some attention.

El hotel está justo al final del tren panorámico y frente a la entrada del teleférico. Es muy conveniente para las personas que no conducen solas durante las temporadas altas, como el Día Nacional. El tren de alta velocidad y el tren directo al lugar pintoresco están perfectamente conectados. La habitación es espaciosa y limpia, y la ropa de cama permite dormir cómodamente. Los fideos de arroz para el desayuno son deliciosos. Entradas turísticas que no compré antes. No hay cola para caminar 300 metros hasta la entrada del teleférico y subir la montaña sin problemas. Después de bajar la montaña, tome el autobús gratuito de regreso al hotel para recoger su equipaje y luego tome el tren expreso panorámico hasta Jiuzhai o la estación de tren de alta velocidad. ¡Recomendado!

El hotel está situado cerca del aeropuerto de Jiuzhai Huanglong, alrededor de 6-7 km, por lo que la ubicación es perfecta para los viajeros que llegan por vuelo nocturno que desean visitar la zona escenica de Huanglong antes de ir a Jiuzhaigou, como nosotros. El hotel ofrece un transporte desde el aeropuerto de Jiuzhai Huanglong al hotel gratis. El hotel tiene un número de teléfono local o una cuenta WeChat para comunicarse con el conductor. El Sr. Gen era muy útil. Mi hermana se deslizó y cayó mientras estaba en Huanglong y tenía que ir al hospital. El nos llevó a un hospital local y esperaba pacientemente que terminara con el médico, que se hiciera la radiación y que se tomara medicina. El hotel de la ciudad de Huanglong, donde se encuentra el hotel, está situado en el centro de la ciudad. Como el restaurante estaba muy ocupado durante la cena, pedimos servicio de habitaciones y nos entregaron nuestra orden a nuestra habitación sin cargos adicionales.
