My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

El fin de semana y el novio vinieron a Nanjing para ver las flores de la gallina, atraído por la vieja habitación del viento de dinero de esta gente, no esperaba que la realidad fuera más flexible que el mapa de la red! El azúcar de coco y el árbol de madera se colidó elegantemente, los detalles ocultaban un sentido de avanzada, todo el tiempo se hizo sentir en el ambiente y se satisfacía completamente con nuestras fotos. La habitación está muy cerca de la estación sur de Nanjing, a pocos minutos a pie del ferrocarril de alta velocidad, el equipo completo debajo está completo, y la comida es conveniente para viajar. 頂好的五星級酒店，設施齊全，最最最最重要的是服務非常好，裝修很好看，乾淨衞生！非常適合躺平的地方，有室內游泳池也有熱泡池！小童樂園雖然不大但是設施齊全，有健身房對比別的五星級酒店設施挺全的了，是泰諾健牌子的！感謝客户經理姜藝菲，太貼心了！對了，還有，酒店早餐已經超過五星級了，這點非常棒非常滿意！還有還有，酒店有蔚來充電樁和換電站對開電車和蔚來車的來説非常方便！住慣了希爾頓艾美香格里拉萬豪威斯汀等普通五星級酒店，換到這裏眼前一亮的感覺，堪比四季，柏悦！

Nanjing Conference hotel is a good place to stay to explore Zhongshan Park. We are a Singaporean family of 6, stay 4 nights. Clean, spacious room Breakfast is also great especially the local Chinese selection, pancake, noodle soup, beancurd, doughsticks(油条） Especially to mention Miss 王馨媛 who took care of our family and kids, personally brought the kids to the swimming pool, arrange for a MPV to fetch us to the city when we can't get one on Didi app. 王馨媛 also recommend us where to go for massage and dinner outside of Zhongshan park. We will recommend this hotel and her service too if you are considering this place. Thank you very much

I was surprised at how big, spacious, and well-designed our room was. I love that the bath and toilets were separate and the toilet has a smart function. Furthermore, they were also arranged separately from the hot springs tub in the room. The pool itself was big enough for the two of us, which wasn't evident in the hotel photos when I booked. The buttons for the hot and cold water were timed, which means that I can leave them running while I prepare to soak. There's a huge waterproof sofa next to the tub, which makes for a convenient place for putting things like food, towels, bath robes or phones. The only thing they missed was offering free tea to guests. I forgot to pack one so we went out to buy some. Outside, though, was empty and quiet, but the hotel was just 500 m away from the metro, so we went. The Chinese breakfast was abundant and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly we hardly we hardly can speak good Chinese. We want to come back here again.

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Everything about the resort is super amazing. The food was amazing, very wide variety. They had both Chinese and Western dishes. Even the chef specially made us some chicken when I asked for why no chicken among the foods. We ate to full. The room we got was simple and clean though not part of the main building so we needed to use the resort shuttle every time we needed to go out or return to our room. It was a fun ride every time. The staffs were friendly, hospitable and well mannered. We watched the circus show & the sea lion show, they were both interesting, and then we took the little train which took us round the wildlife park and we fed animals while on the train. It was an awesome experience. We also had a very good walk round the park with many animals roaming freely within their space. There are great spots for picnic and relaxation. The kids loved the amusement park and play area. We also experienced the hot springs which was a beautiful experience. The environment was beautiful, clean and natural. Our kids loved every bit of it. I highly recommend this for a family staycation.

We stayed here to spend our time in a quiet and nature friendly place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This hotel staffs are extremely friendly, including宁宁&雪雪. All the decorations were elegant and stylish, allowing everyone to enjoy every corner of the hotel. Climbing Qixia mountain in the morning and listening to the singing bowl session was also a surprisingly wonderful experience. Breakfast was Chinese style but there were some toast and serials as well.

La habitación ejecutiva cuenta con cocina privada; la puerta se puede cerrar para que no se escapen los olores de la comida: un diseño estupendo. La ubicación está un poco alejada de las atracciones de Nanjing, pero las comodidades son excelentes; hay restaurantes y tiendas justo abajo. El desayuno del hotel es bastante bueno, aunque los fideos recién hechos están un poco salados, pero se puede ajustar en el momento. ¡Mi segunda estancia también fue una gran experiencia!
